"I see a red door, And I want it painted black, No colors anymore. I want them to turn black"
Now I know what Santa does outside the Christmas season. ;)
You the man Lucky
Nice job on the cutout. I like how you left an inch of metal to have something to weld to.
Thanks 👍
Thanks for the updates on your projects. I still love ChevHelle.
Looking amazing Lucky!!! It’s going to be awesome when it’s done!!
Great work Lucky , really enjoy the updates .
Nothing wrong with a tribute as long as it's not passed off as a numbers car.Im a old school guy that loves reconditioning old parts.Put a few tributes together myself. But this Chevelle is on another level.
Great job as always Luck! Just one little thing I would like to correct. Butternut yellow was actually a 67 color. The correct color for a 66 is Lemonwood yellow. And that SS tribute looks great whether it’s Butternut or Lemonwood. I have a Lemonwood 66 SS convertible and a 66 SS L-78 hardtop.
You comment reminded me of a comic I saw once where the customer told the painter that she wanted a shade of blue and mentioned 4 or 5 shades of blue. The next half of the comic showed the painter ordering a gallon of "Light blue paint".
I'm surprised C10 have much wider rubbers up front compare to Chevelle.
Also, the Merc is cool!
A tribute 66 means it's nothing but a 136 Malibu ,
I got a 66 Malibu too !
I just don't have Lucky working on mine .
It's got a 71 Camaro 4 bolt Main
LT1 350 , Holley 750cfm carb.,
Headers, HEI distributor , 375hp,
11 inch clutch, 4 speed trans and 50s on the rear , Looks like Lucky's Red 66 except mine has the Super Sport hood like the yellow 66 tribute .
Lucky, you are so lucky to be doing what you do for a living.
Damn, you are living the dream. That Chevelle conversion project is niiiice. Thanks for the updates.
One Typhoon leaves, one Typhoon arrives.
Nice work, Lucky!
Thanks!
Done but Dirty
Sounds like a new shirt
Great work lucky thanks for video 👍👍
Thanks for all the updates. You've got a lot going on. ✌️
always enjoy watching your videos
I appreciate that!
Good job, Lucky … hope you have a great weekend!😎
Nothing better looking than a 66 Chevelle front end
I'm sure Dan from DD Speed Shop would like to do the final fettling on PROJECT X for you if you're getting snowed under with the backlog😁
I like the projects on Dan's channel but they tend to be quite a bit more unfinished than Project X is. I am not throwing shade on Dan.
Flip flopping between all the cars. I was expecting all 66 Chevelle work.😊 Cool saw though but too short of a video.
Cool video
Dude!!! great video!!! You must do two cars a year!!?? That stang been in the back ground for at less years!!!✌️
I love your videos because of the stuff you do! I love those Chevells!!
Is Chevhell just red-oxide primer or a paint you had mixed to replicate red-oxide primer for durability reasons?
Also will Project X be getting its hood back? I think ‘57’s always look best with a hood in place!!
Keep up the great videos and the Hot Rod Garage shows with Alex! You guys are a hoot together in the shop!! I have watched seasons 10&11 3 times now, just great watching!!! 🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸👍
Yep, uh huh. Be well.
I'm liking the new opening much more than the other one. And while it would be Really cool to have Lucky work on any of my projects. I don't think he would want to be seen near them. 6=8.
Hey Lucky is that a factory hump or for the 5 speed ? I’m installing an M22 for my 67 SS for now maybe a 5 speed at a later date 🤑 great job ! 👍😎
Don't you ever get nervous driving ProjectX around SoCal for tacos?
When will the race against the "Sike clone" from Stay tuned be?
Is project X your ride , or remaining Car of HRM game?
How do you know where Buddha Boy will be serving? They don't list an address anywhere online, is it by invitation only?
Project X as your taco car! Life is good!😅
I am sure he drives that car carefully because it is an important car in automobile history.
Quality work as always.
Thanks again!
Nice work again Lucky! You are a professional for sure. Thanks for the updates and I hope you figure out why your right front tire is scrubbing.
Thanks 👍
