How about the heat, are the reflectors able to handle the heat from those LED bulbs and with the cap on, how is the heat dissipated ? Please take a good look at the reflectors if there are any bubbles forming.
Have been using this for quite a while now. No issues with the heat dissipation. The led bulb has a fan in its assembly itself that's designed to cool it during usage. However, I would recommend to use this on high beams only as we use high beams only on highways and stuff and hence the usage will be less. I don't see any bubbles or anything forming on the reflectors
I replaced both my high and low beams with 55 Watt 6000 kelvin led bulbs by Crosslink Wheels ( Tata Genuine accessory) from the showroom itself. I have a 2019 Tata Nexon. Headlight unit is same setup as yours. However i find the low beam to be quite inadequate. Stock halogens were better. How do you find the combination of halogen for low beam and led for high beam. When i switch on high beam will the combinatiom of yellow and white light be worse for my eyes. Pls suggest.
This is exactly the reason why I only got the LEDs for high beam. I never had issues with the low beam stock halogens combined with fog lamps. The only issue was when I was driving fast on highways with the default high beam setup. To answer your question, the combination of white and yellow does no harm to your eyes. The white overpowers the yellow halogen and all you see is white light. But we always need to be careful to not blind the incoming traffic.

Yes, most people install these lights on both high and low beams. Then on low beam as well, it's irritating for the incoming traffic ⛔
