Well, compared to most cover songs that I've listened to in the past, this one was actually really good. So from one fellow guitarist to another, I would encourage you to keep up the good guitar playing.

Loved this AND I loved the effect on your voice. I disagree that it’s too much. Delay and reverb create atmosphere. Musicians always say too much reverb, to much echo but producers know that these are very powerful tools in creating an overall sound. U2, The Beach Boys, George Michael all used effect to great success. I said “only musicians” say this because the general public love it. As you can see from the comments. Great song, great voice and a superb use of technology to paint a very atmospheric and very original cover. I agree with so many of the others. My favourite cover of this song. Good luck 😉

+O Casulo ᴮᴿ The only effect that bothers me is the echoes. They're worse at the beginning but the rest of the song they're ok. But his voice and style matches this song perfectly but he also made it much more tender and reflective than the rock version by the who. That's why this one is my fav X3
is that in standard tuning that you're playing? the reason i ask is that i have seen this sound played with a capo in many videos. It sounds amazing by the way.

This video is pretty old so you will probably not respond to this but for some cover the first arpeggio in EM they do the strings : E, A, D, G, E than B G D and than they do your technique, why do you start with E, G, B, G, E, B, G, B. Sorry if you dont understand what i wanna say, im not use to english chords. nice cover tho :)
