I think if you do it yourself you wont get that, if you choose to go on a show and sign up for it, guess what, you get it, if you cant take it, bye good luck. I say this from my perspective as fat shaming helped me loads, it motivated me. It doesnt work for everyone, its all down to how strong you are emotionally
@@SoSimonSays Oh yeah, I was just pointing out how predatory shows like the Biggest Loser was. Losing weight like that puts so much strain on your heart. You're not meant to lose 50% of your body weight in like, 2 months.
@@gamedove54 yeah one of the biggest weight loss company's has gone bankrupt in america in the last year We no longer do anything to inspire obese people to get healthy and we aren't really allowed to
@@gamedove54 i guess it depends on the person, fat shaming worked for me a treat, id fat shame myself and i lost the weight, its not about being mean, its like screaming at a drug addict to pack it in, let the emotions of the screaming to push through till it hits and makes you wake up, because if I carried on yeah sure id be alive at 60, but if i carried on id wouldnt be very mobile and have only 10 years left of suffering and pain, I got fit and know I can potentially get 80+ and be healthy and fit till the end and less pain ( getting older is painful whatever you do). If it doesnt work its because that person gave up or it wasnt the right trigger to get them to change, its not just about you, everyone around you suffers for your fatness, they gotta accommodate you forever, fuq that
