Yes this one of my problems I have tense shoulders. But more so on my left side. Thank you for the tips! I'm left handed and have not seemed to have a problem with fingering. But I have tried switching sides and have seen my left side bowing is stronger and smoother. I'm not going to change to a left handed violin though. This is fine, I think just I need more strength in my right arm and I'm just learning and playing for my own enjoyment anyway :) ☺
Thank you so much Joel! I practice everyday on my Kennedy violin. I'm an adult learning to play again, and it's not easy! I appreciate you and your RUclips channel. Thank you again!
I play the Violin/Fiddle for fun and your tips on holding the bow and the shaky bow video(s) are very helpful!
Very helpful. If I try to remind myself how relaxed my neck is, while playing, it also helps me keep my shoulders down and relaxed. 😀
