Pick one day a week when you can sleep in you will grow from head to toe. Remember vitamins 4/5 meals a day in 6 months your Superperson.....enjoy the growth. I was 150lb guy at age 18 I looked good at 5 10 but my dad was 6 2 240 I was in between mom n dad looked like grandad. In 6 months I ate like a buffet beast/best place to eat like a hog. Lifted took vitamins and most important closed the bedroom door one or two days a week and slept that's how you grow. I was a wall of muscle and 205 lbs. in shape and I felt Ike a monster. They can talk all the s*** they want but Make sure you deadlift..it works everything head to toe....Good luck

You working out traps or rear delts because there is a wayyyy better way to be doing face pulls for external rotation and actually hit your rear delts hard.
