Excellent Demonstration. A few small things to polish. 1.) Don't forget there is a slight pause for about 2 seconds after the Kiai though. 2.) All the movements including your weight sinking/squeezing and rooting in should stop at once instead of just slowing to a stop.3.) Hips are are going up and down a lot when they are not suppose to. 4.) There should be more of a delay before going back to yame and that movement should be much smoother. 5.) head should turn towards your imaginary opponent first before there is movement in the new direction.
Hello; what do you mean with "Brown belt" Kata? There is not such thing man. In case you are referring to a grade test, the actual Kata for Brown belts are Heian Godan; Tekki shodan; Bassai dai; Empi; Jion; Kanku dai
If Hangetsu is a brown belt kata these guys are on a different planet.
Thank you!!!
