    this guy makes it look easy but if you have ever tried this you will know it is anything but easy......this guys a pro.

      Pretty sure this is the guy that put me through my 2 day Altro course all the way back in 2003!!
      Still use the tips and tricks he taught me to this day

      yep its so hard to make the welding rod stick properly at the start of the weld

    Love these videos, that's a craftsman at work! Very few appreciate how difficult it is to get that finish and too many think they could 'do that'! Personally I would weld before I tuck and use the spatula at the back to protect the capping and then tuck, makes life a little easier if you have 50/60 inside/outside corners in a commercial kitchen. Am a student of the game so would love to know what ideas/hacks people have?
