In this one lovely fashion model Vika @ Studio Paris Model Management will show you posing examples for handbag catalogue shoot.

How much money in euros to make an book
I can't say the exact number - the prices are dofferent depending on the country, photographer and model's experience ( of she has some nice photos in her book already or she's starting from zero ) etc.

The thing about the book it's all about the variety and showing your potential as a model.
What I suggest you to do is to research the prices for test shoots, because sometimes doing several test shoots is more budget - friendly that do a book in one shoot.
I haven't worked in Paris for awhile, but I believe average prices for tests are still 250 - 350 euro and book price is really depends on the photographer's level of professionalism and will be quite expensive. I'd charge starting from 1000 euro and more. I usually try to keep my prices flexible depending on the number of looks, photos, location and etc.
Try to do the research, maybe checking model's instagrams and see with whom they've worked and etc.
And is it what the agency's booker told you? Because you don't usually need to have a book to get signed with an agency. And if you've talked with an agency's booker simply ask them to recommend you several photographers and then continue the conversation with them.
Usually there are many options :)
