I’m curious as to the safety of showing parents putting both sides of the hood over the newborns head. The airway aren’t going to be visible to the wearer and puts baby at risk of over heating. As a carrying consultant I always make sure that my angles show safe carrying practices. I also suggest to people that young babies especially, only use one side of the hood along the back of their head and leave the airways open

I always wonder why they insist 8n making the "wrong" double knot in these types of videos. Meaning the one where the ends are not aligned going out of the knot. It is not as flat on the back and does is not as strong.
