  • Peter Crone is known as none other than the mind architect. I heard about him from so many different people in my network, I had to check them out for myself. I've only sat down with him once, and since then, I've looked at just about every part of my life differently - from relationships, to performance to even how I host this podcast. Your mind is going to explode when you hear what this guy has to share with you, so get excited!
    In this episode, you’ll discover:
    * How ‘struggling’ can actually be a GOOD thing (and how to flip every perceived hardship on its head and make the most of them)
    * How Peter went from working in a bar to helping hundreds of world-class athletes to conquer their mind and unlock their highest level of performance
    * The biggest key that allowed Peter to become the #1 fitness trainer at the Palisades (apply this to instantly become a better salesman)
    * The exact story of how Peter got ‘picked’ to train a group of world-renowned actors out of nowhere (wait, you worked with him?!)
    * The #1 experience that unveiled the true nature of people’s ‘struggles’ and hooked Peter into mastering the mind
    * The one commonly held belief that’s unconsciously costing you your happiness and soaking life away from you (and what to do to break free!)
    * The #1 way to unlock the full, untapped potential you hold within you (remove this unconscious ‘mental blockage’ and see how life takes off for you!)
    * The #1 question you can ask yourself right now to instantly let go of all those deep rooted fears and insecurities that are holding you back from experiencing life to the fullest (it’s so simple yet totally overlooked)
How to instantly let go of past failures and ‘unstuck yourself’ from any situation at will (use this one little ‘trick’ and watch what happens!)

Craig you did GREAT as an interviewer =) The fact that you added the bloopers really helped me. I'm in a completely different field (doing my PhD in Civil Engineering) and have a tough time getting started sometimes because I aim for perfection. Thank you for being a GREAT interviewer and being brave enough to show us you are human. I clicked subscribe because of it.

I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts in general… and this is the single best episode I have ever seen/heard. I’m coming back and saying this a week later because some of the shifts I’ve made have been incredible.
And it is because of the questions you asked and the way you would follow up to go a couple clicks deeper, Craig. Wonderful job.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have to do 4,5,6,7, 12 takes to get my recording right. I just think, that’s just me. It feels so heavy. But to know I’m not alone is liberating! Thank you for keeping it in the show. 🙏😍🙏

Peter I'm stuck in time I'm in a 10-year time loop and I'm in agony... I can't get out of rethinking remaking trying to fix the past. I will listen to every interview you have to find the answer .I think you have it. I'm tired of looking for the good in the bad events , I need some just plain out good events !

The past no longer exist, it is some thing on tangible that cannot be changed. Like the cloud in the sky that pass by. You have no control over that. Live in the present moment, and remind yourself to do this on a daily basis. Do you know the old saying, yesterday is history ,tomorrow is a mystery today is the present, treat it like the gift that it is🎁🙏🌿❤️......

    To free from CONCERN...
To me it translates as acceptance 😌... to allow yourself to make a "mistake"
Because you already have realised that Mistake is just a construct, it is a perception of the mind (ego) in relation to the norms of society.
And if we want to go a level deeper...
It is not the "Mistake" that we want to avoid,
It is the JUDGMENT from others ans ourself that we want to mitigate, because our ego (the scared little child) in us don't want to feel the "discomfort"
When you trust life and you know that you come from a place of EASE and non attachment
You naturally know that... YOU can NEVER make a mistake, because in the space of absolute mistake is just a LESSON and you can only learn from your actions.
