  • To accommodate the growing number of passengers traveling to and from Guyana, the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) is undergoing significant upgrades aimed at enhancing the travel experience and boosting tourism. Among the plans are a new commercial centre and an in-line baggage system. Minister Public Works, Juan Edghill, on Tuesday visited the airport to check the progress of the ongoing upgrades.
