I was a bit reluctant to get into solo games but recently caved and got Final Girl (A knock on the door). Loving it! My luck is awful, but it's such a cool game and the way the boxes become game boards is super satisfying. Do you have a favourite, theme wise?
great list of great games! thank you for the fun video. i’m most looking forward to at least trying Unconscious Mind ( i actually backed this on kickstarter - a rare thing for me), Woodcraft (i love the theme and the dice gameplay looks fun and fascinating), Guild Academies of Valeria (managing a school of magic), Mlem (simple roll and move fun for the family), and Anunnaki (i’m always interested in trying a new Simone Luciani game).
Jaipur as a 2 player option is amazing! I think a great 2 player game I got this year was Harry Potter Hogwarts Battle: Dueling Club Edition. My daughter and I have played it quite a bit. And when it comes to my competitive TCG friends, they REALLY enjoy it too
