Hello sister thank you for watching may video,While you are sewing the cover,put the garter at the same time,pull it out slowly,so that you can get the correct length of the garter.

Length of bed 75 inches divede into 2=37.5 +.5 allowance =38 inches
Width of bed is 60inches divide into 2=30inches +.5allowance is 30.5 inches
