I will be honest, the Shadow Mewtwo was handled horribly. It may be because of lag but I was twitching every time. Throwing at bad time and poor decision on the farm.

For example As HSH pointed out The match with meloetta, I felt like if 2 extra psychocuts were farmed at the least, Mewtwo could still make it to a move against the Dialga comfortably. Also understanding your win conditions is important.

I hope Galarian Zapdos eventually gets a better bait move, maybe in go fest this or next year. I managed to get a UL rank 54 one with a master ball so if it does get a cheaper move then it could have some play there
I feel like more people should run Focus Blast on Mewtwo. Not much really gets hit harder by Shadow Ball than Psystrike and as long as you have a counter to Necrozma you should play into dark types way better.
