Hey Philipp, long time no see. Good review based on experience, thanks, It's meant to be Summer here in northern England, I read that somewhere.

@@ashleyhoward8926 hej. Hope it's going well despite the weather 😜 it's up and down around here. But who's complaining 😉
I'm trying to be full in again. Loads of car stuff and personal life. As it always is... but I'll see what I can come up with

Little Update... I saw on Instagram that they will offer EU wide repairs now too. And for those unaware, you can send your shoes in and they will repair and sell them too. Great program

Hi Philipp, great review! You said your foot length was 27.3cm, and you got size 45. But according to vivobarefoot size chart, that corresponds to size 43 (27.0- 27.5 cm). So you are at least one size too large. I'm discounting the fact that: A) you perhaps measured 27.3 whilst barefoot rather than whilst wearing socks and B) the Tracker Forest runs large for it's size. Hopefully that means A and B should cancel each other out and you are indeed 2 sizes too large. My favourite method of checking shoe size is to take out the insole and place the foot on it, and you should have a fingers-width extra space at the front. Any more and it's too large. Any less and it's too small.
I'm size 42, which is a perfect length for me (same length as my regular hiking boots, and exactly a fingers width space on insole), but these boots still feel almost too spacious. I think these are pretty high volume boots, although given how flexible the leather is that can be mitigated by tying the laces tight. So I'd recommend you try going down 2 sizes!

I read that some complain about getting permanent black color stains on their socks and even on their heels (skin) from these boots. You have never experienced this?

@Smattyy interesting. I didn't and I have sweaty feet and wear gray wool socks

@@philippbergau5868 Ok thanks for sharing your experience. Perhaps they got faulty pairs or something. Really strange. I ordered them recently but haven't received them yet. Hopefully it doesn't happen me either😁

@Smattyy maybe a couple years back, they used a different dye

No problems for me either. Been wearing them for a year.

@@alisdar1234 Ok thanks for sharing. Of course I got this problem that I was worried about haha. They are bleeding dye like crazy. Vivo gave me a 40% discount off my already 25% off from a discount code so I kept them anyway but it annoys me.

Try the Magna Forest ESCs. They make the Trackers feel like bricks. Trully the best trail shoes/boots ever.
