    This was a good job- as I could see from my arm chair 😁
    After al, it‘s a Tran-shit.
    Those torque wrenches are the ones used in coach / lorry garages to tighten the wheel nuts.

    great to see you are hard at it as if you are anything else and that was the best way of getting those little bolts out i do that but i have also welded a bit of metal to the bolt and then just turned it and put new ones back with a bit of copper greas on the back of the heads ,keep warm as it is going to get colder as if you needed telling. thanks for the video

    Given the good work you have done and the money you have spent, , Shame the cost of the diff oil you mentioned was too expensive, I would have wanted to replace it while I was there, You was well set up and good access to do so

    What was a concern for me was they said the oil seals were gone but on removal of the disc all was dry.. looking at the video the rear shockers looked very wet as if they were shot....

    The amount of work you’ve done on that van it would’ve been cheaper to buy a new one

    here in UK. DVSA standards is not a fail on those disc's. They have to be SERIOUSLY corroded and about to fail.

    hi ,there I be so grateful if you could answer me this question,,,,,,, I have a 150l air compressor ,I connect it to the socket and the 13 amp fuse keeps blowing ,,,its says on the air compressor ...16amp 250v,,,should I get a 30 amp consumer fuse and another one at 16 amps for the garage ? thank you if you could help .....the 13 amps is a normal fuse

    • @bodgitandleggitgarage
      @bodgitandleggitgarage  6 месяцев назад

      Hi mate I would get a heavier duty cable and a 16 amp breaker But what you need to check is your capacitor that's in the compressor that could be going bad, causing a lot higher start up ambridge

      hi bro thank you for your reply ....I have connected a 16 amp to the breaker and also I have a 12mm cable on it ,,and on the garage I have just a normal socket the ones you can plug microwaves or other things on ,lets say 240v 13 amp socket...when I plug the compressor on it the fuse from the mains keeps drooping ,,,so I dont know what is wrong with it .thankx Carlos

      Just replace the impact wrench by a long pipe and ignore torque recommendations - just make it tight.
