Having hopped in and out of this channel for about a year, I've picked up one consistent feeling, and it's sadness. I'm not a positive person or trying to change anyone, but something about this feels like the end of the world. Not in a non-dual way, but in a real and visceral way. It's haunting and I'm not sure what to make of it.

This is all new and fresh so the character we have made of ourself is terrified of going off the page. I found allowing all of it IS salvation.

After everything I've been through this past year once my everything fell off me I had to mentally re learn the parts of me that I feel that I need to be in the now. In the story, this body is now much more free to be the ADHD, Aspergers PTSD body it was designed to be, which means more distracted forgetfulness, more raw autistic sensitivity to triggers and more explosive dis-regulation compared to when there was a "person" trying to mask and hold it all in. Emotions are much more extreme in intensity and duration than ever thought possible, even with medications - but the body has always been caring for its own condition (does yoga, sees specialists, talks to its support group). In the end there still is no world, no body, therefore no spectrum disorder, there is only whatever is appearing. It is now understood when non-dual speakers sometimes say "the ego thinks it wants this, but it really doesn't." But even the person/the ego was this all along too! 😄
Within our center is pure Stillness. This cannot be described as there is only Knowing with no movement. This is our true Home within All That Is. Pure Bliss and One with All creation❤

People seem like characters in a TV show sometimes. When they allow themselves to let go completely, connection is made. We don’t need to think about intelligence as being anything other than a complete connection with this. The more you observe, the less you define, and the more intelligence floods your perception. We can embrace and experience our multidimensional nature which creates multiple "realities" on different frequencies (like turning the dial on a radio) when we are neutral in the present moment and follow our passions or desires within. It is not possible to "do" this when we are invested or attached to people or "our story". Freedom to "move" not just physically - but vibrationally!❤

Wow.....*with a look of wonder* I have read the book called I am that which has dialogues people have had with the Indian sage Nisargadatta Maharaj. In that book Maharaj numerously mentions Reality. With a capital R. And that it is unchanging, unassailable and timeless. It makes this consensus world look dreamlike in comparison.....😳

As far as the content of the video and your explanations of the post-awakening, non-dual experience, I would love to talk to you about this in-depth sometime. I have struggled for months now after a whole series of Awakening / Enlightenment experiences that I can no longer reconcile or make sense of.

thank you, i really needed to hear this. deep down in a sense where no meaning of life exists anymore, no one understands this feeling, this sense of drowning, yet no clinging onto some sense of hope, almost as if something is happening to itself, but me, the mind is clinging on to some hope. not sure if i can express this well. i really don't want anything of this world, but also need to feel secure somehow, bec i don't know where i am going to fall or land.. not sure what is sustaining you where u are, but financial security scares me so much, that i can't let go of this world which seems to take care of me somehow, and not i it.. and as u state, all this is unreal, all this is an illusion, i feel that , i feel this being that i am, covered, layered, by different degrees of hardness, dust, dead lifeless layers. only i feel my beingness or witnessing/awareness of this beingness being the only reality, in all this dust. the dust of the world is just just dry dead dust, lifeless.i move it
You're trying to put into words that which is totally beyond words, and you do good job! I recommend you read just the titles of the first 20 or so lessons in the workbook of A Course in Miracles to get a general idea of the direction the course leads you. Pure, unequivocal, non-duality.
when you get enlightened the body/mind space/time/causation complexs, the waking, dreaming and deep sleep states, the physical, astral, and casual planes will dissappear and the real Self, the real I, the Supreme Energy, the Beloved will appear...THIS is awareness/consciousness, self-effulgent light and love/peace/bliss as this One Thing..that fills up he whole of the Spiritual Heart sometimes called the Beyond...

I’m having a hard time seeing this as a desirable end state (no pun intended). It smacks of the Hindu saints who were so “pure” they couldn’t feed themselves. All dark night, no bright morning. It seems like reintegration would be the next move; get back into life with a greater freedom. Don’t live as a ghost. Make things as real as you want them to be. But anyway, best wishes.
To me, non-dual does not mean "formless". There clearly is form, energy, expression. An elephant is all one thing, but that doesn't mean it's a big Grey formless blob. The trunk feels different from the tail.

I'm assuming it would have been much more difficult in primitive times to be able to lie down there and say you'll be fine. The comfort provided by civilization helps one's spiritual journey. On the other hand, everything in the wild is speed and power. A hunter, through the bushes, in a heartbeat, blood and bone.
When we sincerely search for truth we will find that reality is all we experience from "out there" (and tangible), while thuth resides within us ,which is formless silent and ever present..
It’s kind of like soup. The thicker the soup, the more prevalent the mind is. The thinner the soup, the less the mind has hold on you. To thin the soup, you must allow all layers of repressed energy to be released.
We must not ignore the universe as it is presented to ourselves within our mortal faculties. To the all or the universal mind the universe is not real, but to the mortal mind it is very real indeed. We cannot ignore one side of the coin, and then say that nothing is real. The absolute and the relative, you have to consider both. Don’t fall into this trap, this is where non duality becomes dangerous… when you start to see your reality as a dream. The movie inception portrays the same concept, a woman mistook the real world for an illusion. Let us not worry or dwell on illusion, not until we reach the higher planes. Let yourself become lost in the play of maya.
When you dissolve, the whole world dissolves... uh, no, your personal view of the world dissolves. Because you could have dissolved yesterday, and the world is still here.
It amazes me that people say they can know what is "real" and not "real". People who embrace the non-duality philosophy and gain this experience say they know nothing. But then say that they and the world aren't real. That's a definitive statement of knowing! ❤
Non-duality doesn't mean everything is true and false at the same time, or neither true or false. It means no "thing" exists separately, including you, the narrative self. But there are true statements like "You perceive" or "You exist" ("You" who is reading this comment)
@@czarlito_ duality comes from physical nature of our brains. that's why it's nearly impossible for humans or most animals for that matter, to experience reality as anything other dual. one can try to imagine it, but I think they would need some serious brain damage or abnormality to actually to see the world that way.
Well, the writing on the tombstones is a historical communication with the present. And these same people' are atill down there at this very moment. Although they were never really their real, definable selves when they moved around more. But bones and stuff are still down there. But I think you're getting to the functioning of your mind without relying or living too much in the memory or anticipations. A different layer or mode of reality. Whatever reality is. 🥰

I feel like I’ve been grieving my reality or the reality that could’ve been bc of failures or literally whatever else. This has probably come at the right time for me, I’m constantly just blaming myself. But why. There’s no true sense in it
So if there’s no story of you (and linear time), how did you get to where you are today? You had to walk or ride to get to that spot on the lawn. The past is woven into the present. If you have a scar (we all do), you have a thought of how it happened. The scars appearance on your body is related to that past happening (cut, burn, scrape etc). While it’s just a thought now, how do you explain it’s not attached or representative if something that happened.
Suzanne, do you think that suffering can ever be defeated or removed from Reality? If Reality is intelligent, as it seems, can't it just "hear" us (or Itself) when there was enough suffering and remove it? Also does suffering still happen in your seemingly experience? Or do you think Reality is just completely random and we have to endure It as It is (or It has to endure Itself as It Is) forever?
Do not observe nothing. Or you may never be at all. And one way to beat a god, convince it is not. Become a god by convincing a god, you are a god . Or..ask who you are? I love you, that's all.

When we sincerely search for truth we will find that reality is all we experience from "out there" (and tangible), while thuth resides within us ,which is formless silent and ever present..
It’s kind of like soup.
The thicker the soup, the more prevalent the mind is. The thinner the soup, the less the mind has hold on you.
To thin the soup, you must allow all layers of repressed energy to be released.
We must not ignore the universe as it is presented to ourselves within our mortal faculties. To the all or the universal mind the universe is not real, but to the mortal mind it is very real indeed. We cannot ignore one side of the coin, and then say that nothing is real. The absolute and the relative, you have to consider both. Don’t fall into this trap, this is where non duality becomes dangerous… when you start to see your reality as a dream. The movie inception portrays the same concept, a woman mistook the real world for an illusion. Let us not worry or dwell on illusion, not until we reach the higher planes. Let yourself become lost in the play of maya.

It amazes me that people say they can know what is "real" and not "real". People who embrace the non-duality philosophy and gain this experience say they know nothing. But then say that they and the world aren't real. That's a definitive statement of knowing! ❤

Non-duality doesn't mean everything is true and false at the same time, or neither true or false. It means no "thing" exists separately, including you, the narrative self. But there are true statements like "You perceive" or "You exist" ("You" who is reading this comment)

Well, the writing on the tombstones is a historical communication with the present. And these same people' are atill down there at this very moment. Although they were never really their real, definable selves when they moved around more. But bones and stuff are still down there. But I think you're getting to the functioning of your mind without relying or living too much in the memory or anticipations. A different layer or mode of reality. Whatever reality is. 🥰

I feel like I’ve been grieving my reality or the reality that could’ve been bc of failures or literally whatever else. This has probably come at the right time for me, I’m constantly just blaming myself. But why. There’s no true sense in it
So if there’s no story of you (and linear time), how did you get to where you are today?
You had to walk or ride to get to that spot on the lawn. The past is woven into the present. If you have a scar (we all do), you have a thought of how it happened. The scars appearance on your body is related to that past happening (cut, burn, scrape etc). While it’s just a thought now, how do you explain it’s not attached or representative if something that happened.
Suzanne, do you think that suffering can ever be defeated or removed from Reality? If Reality is intelligent, as it seems, can't it just "hear" us (or Itself) when there was enough suffering and remove it? Also does suffering still happen in your seemingly experience? Or do you think Reality is just completely random and we have to endure It as It is (or It has to endure Itself as It Is) forever?
Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.
