Thomas Keller Zucchini went viral on Tiktok for a good reason: It is quite simple to make yet yields oven-roasted zucchini with a crispy, caramelized exterior, and a soft interior. We served it with a tomato toppings!! I made it easier to just cook on stovetop!!

girl.. full farmer mode.. hahah.. yeah i love my own garden.. i tried 2022 here to grow herbs.. which is sooo freakin expensive here... nothing grew.. hahaha.. only thing grows here are leafy greens and root vegetables.. amazing growth for those only
