I'm sorry, but I don't really understand the charging element of the product. Can you tell me, how long does it take the case to fully charge, the earbuds to fully charge, and how long do they have individually at full charge before they need to be charged again?

bought last week, and now it does not pairing to each other. both side become 2 separate bluetooth device. no matter how i reset it, nothing happened. tipical soundliberty issues
