Hello there! Yep, we've got a few more videos to go from this trip and they should be coming out soon. But we've had such a good time in Spain that we've decided to return in October and finish the rest of Asturias and spend some time in Galicia - we hope it will be just as wonderful and exciting as the most recent adventures!

You know how to enjoy Spain!. When I go to Ribadesella I go to El Volante Restaurant (Great Seafood) I was at the brink to import Monasterio San Miguel wines to California when the Euro reached 1.57 to the dollar and I couldn't do it. For high end wines try Pesquera Reserva from Rivera del Duero. I still can't believe that I can drink a bottle of cider for 2.50 Euros and Reserva Wines for 3.50 euros a glass. My town Infiesto is 30 minutes from there in your way to Oviedo. I should be there in mid July. Sick and tired of paying $12 a glass for a crappy wine in California.
I remember passing by El Volante - next time we will definitely stop in and try the food. We ate at Chef Jaimie Uz's Arbidel for our Michelin experience (video coming soon) and we were blown away, I wish we could import any of the wines that we found in Spain to Utah but we have a wine probation here (there are some Napa Valley and Sonoma wines we can't get here) so being able to try these delicious Riojas and Ribera del dueros was an amazing and life changing experience - but for us it was all about the cider - we've never had cider like that in the US before and we certainly can't find it anywhere else - How awesome is it that you live in Asturias! We'll be back in October and will certainly try the Pesquera Reserva.

Vermouth is always taken with a shot of soda water, that’s a must 😉 Funny how all of the waiters are from Latin America (the guy showing the wine bottles sounds from Venezuela), looks as the Spaniards are out on holiday.

Quand le cidre est servi, il doit être bu immédiatement, il n'y a pas de gaz ajouté, le service en hauteur permet au cidre d'être aéré et pétillant. Juste servi et bu en une seule fois

el precio del vino es excesivamente caro, yo pagaria menos de la mitad.
Nadie os dijo que después de escanciar la sidra en el vaso hay que beber TODO DE UNA VEZ y con la espuma.?.
Cambia totalmente el sabor y sus efectos en el cuerpo y mente.

@@juaqui7565 He vuelto a ver el video y en ningún momento le han dicho como se toma el culin de sidra.
En la primera se lo escanciaron y estuvieron con el vaso en la mano y moviendo como si fuera vino.
En la segunda se lo hecharon ellos mismos con un apartado y casi se ahoga, el camarero se puso a mirar el móvil y no les dijo nada. Y al final la chica jugando a hechar las sobras al suelo.
Como no se lo hayan dicho en inglés y muy bajito.😅
@@rogeliorodriguez6338 Bueno, no se si el culín, pero en un momento dado ella dice que les han dicho que mejor beberlo de golpe para que no les de resaca. Supongo que les habrán dicho eso y más. Yo lo he visto con subtítulos, que son muy malos, pero en ese momento se corresponden lo que se lee con lo que se ve, que es a ella bebiéndoselo de un trago o, mejor dicho, intentándolo
sí, todavía estamos aprendiendo a beber la sidra de la manera correcta. Para nosotros es muy diferente beber la sidra inmediatamente de un gran trago, pero lo estamos intentando❤😎😋

Se hecha un poco en el vaso.( se llama culin ). Y se bebe tranquilamente disfrutando.
Pero no se hecha mucho y después dejarlo en la mesa.

La sidra es mejor bebersela de un trago cuando se sirve y cuando quieras tomar más te sirves otro poco, así hasta que no quieras más.
