At first it looked so complicated that it didn't think it would be possible but as always you pull it off and they always look beautiful now and orchid doesn't look so hard to do thank you for sharing and as always keep on caking
I have been looking for this orchids tutorial for a long time. Thank you so much, I really love your gum paste flowers and the easiest way to make them. Kisses and hugs from Peru 😉❤️🙏
Hi Christine, There is always so many things that you can buy and sometimes you already have something that will work exactly the same. I always try and use what I have before I buy more cake bits, else I would just have so much, lol.
Wow! The orchids looked so real! Nicely done as you have again and again and again! On a separate note, if you changed the camera's lighting, distance, angle and/or etc. for this video, they looked perfect!
I’m a new subscriber and new to decorating cakes & cupcakes. Question…. Do you store finished gum paste flowers in an air tight container or do you let them dry? How long can they be stored? LOVE your clear explanations!!! 😊
Hi Lynz! your tutorials are awesome! I just want to ask how you got the buttercream such an amazing colour. Which brand did you use? and how much? i'm always worried adding a large amount will affect the taste of the buttercream. Thanks! Love
Hi Kelly, Thank you so much. For this buttercream I used the raspberry by Colour Splash. It didn't actually take too much to get it to this shade and I never find this one changes the taste. I love this colour as just a tiny amount gives a really nice pale pink, and with just a small amount more its a deep pink. I added a small amount at a time and built the colour up. Also if you leave it around 30 minutes it really develops into a lot deeper of a pink colour.
hi do you still use tylose on gumpaste or does it dry on its own? and can it stand longer exposed in air? because I tried fondant with tylose it's hard at first but after it's exposed to air and hr or so. it became soft again and disformed
