Burgundy Okra

Burgundy Okra is a joy to grow! It's velvety and smooth (to the touch and in my cast iron skillet) and grows amazing here! Burgundy Okra doesn't keep that red color once cooked but is fortunately also very good raw! We enjoy it in salads and as a quick snack while we work too. This lovely variety has quickly become one of our absolute favorites! :)
