Thank you! To be fair, If BTJ doesn’t go at 23, that has a ripple effect too that could see a WR like Adonai Mitchell slip to 48 or someone else too. Really appreciate you!

I don’t know what anyone is seeing is Johnny Newton. Love Maason Smith. Obviously because of his size and through the roof potential

You clearly haven’t seen newton play he’s undersized but he gets interior pressure and is a great at stopping the run

They also said live Newton had a foot issue or something

I agree with picking in the trenches they are so impactful to the team BUT we go as far as TL goes and getting him a potential number 1 to me is even more impactful for the team. I can see your route as well and not knowing AD would have fallen as far as he did is probably why they made sure TL got himself a stud at WR. I would have wanted an edge in rd 2 but I can see why they picked who they picked seeing how much other positions were pillaged before they got to pick. I do like our CB picks as I feel one can possibly start at nickle which is very valuable and the other a solid depth start so I do like those picks. I did want more O line picks but if we watched the draft that position was heavily drafted some teams double dipped as well as them getting picked early and often so I can't be too mad about it. This is why they say you draft who is available.

I am putting this here -- Have y'all watched the tape of Andre Carter from Indiana? I was intrigued when I saw that PFF charted him with the highest run defense grade of any edge player - he's an end/tackle hybrid, but mostly played on the edge - and after watching his games against Michigan, Maryland, and OSU I have to say -- I think this kid has a chance to be in the regular rotation with RRH, Armstead, Ledbetter, and Smith by the end of the year, if not earlier. He's got genuinely outstanding power in his hands and punch, plays with his hair on fire at all times, is excellent at stacking and shedding in the run game, and has pretty good instincts to find the ball in traffic. He also checks a critical box for me, similar to Darius Robinson, in that he rarely stays blocked -- hands are always working, effort is consistent. He only gets into trouble when he allows his pad level to rise while working inside. He bulked up to 285 per his pro day, and threw up 33 reps in the bench. Vert is strong, speed is mediocre, but that's not a concern for me given where he will play. He's got some pass rush juice as well, but is super raw in that regard with hand usage. Seems like his tweener status, low end speed, age (24), and lack of pass rush production caused him to drop, but PLENTY of dudes with similar skills and worse tape were drafted. I think we might have gotten a steal here. We will see.

Love this! I was also high on a lot of these guys, so I'm glad to see it wasn't just me. It's always sad to see the guys I'd pound the table for go to the Colts

Hey, this is great Jordan, thanks for being so awesome....any info on if cooper Hodges will get an opportunity to improve this season?
I think last year he was injured for most of the season.
Do you think he can be significant?

I hate to say it but I like your draft better. Time will tell. Go Jags!

Similar to what I'd do. Johnny Newton in the 1st. then I'm trading walker little up for spots and drafting JPJ in the 2nd or stick and pick Renardo Green or Roger Rosengarten. If I can get the trade done it's JPJ, if I can't it's Green. 3rd round taking Troy Franklin too. He should've been a high 2nd rounder, I'm stealing him at the end of the 3rd. 4th round Jarrian Jones and Javon Foster. 5th round Christian Jones and Michael Pratt (yeah, he sucks, but I'm 99% positive Mac Jones is trade bait going into the trade deadlines, say Rodgers goes down again and they're looking at their season being blown. Call em up, gonna need that 2nd rounder for Mac Jones or you're all getting fired. Then Pratt becomes the draft and develop backup Q for Trevor). 6th rounder we're keeping the kicker. 7th I like the edge pick, but I'm taking a shot on udfa 6'2" wr from Idaho Hayden Hatten. Most of the rest of the dudes they drafted would've been UDFA's. So they still could've gotten their guys.

I like your draft better than ours, but I would have still picked a little different, but not by much. I would have definitely taken your edge pick and Franklin.

Love your work, so this isn't a knock in anyway. With that said, the Colts never trade back from 46 if the jags don't select BT JR at 23 (Knowing both teams needed WR). Therefore, AD Mitchell is gone before pick 48 in the draft redo, because Colts likely stay put at 46 and choose their guy (AD Mitchell). And we know Baalke isn't jumping the Colts at 46, because he can never find a trade partner to move up. I do like the idea of two wr's though. I think the Jags were likely to pick Devontez Walker at 114, but the Ravens snagged him at 113. Appreciate all your content Jordan ✅

I would’ve took CB Terrion Arnold @23 Took DT Khris Jenkins @48 and Traded up to the pick 88 and took WR Jermaine Burton

The other problem is even picking 1 person diffrent can change literally everyone else's picks and guys you think is there is probably taken by someone else because you or someone else picked their guy and very well could have an even worse draft than the one we eneded up with that's the problem with what ifs and mocks it's a butterfly effect. I understand the idea but don't forget it isn't that easy
