Easy White Bean Salad

Easy White Bean Salad
A delicious salad using cannellini beans!
Ingredients
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsps lemon juice
3 tbsps olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 15oz cans of cannellini bean, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes chopped
1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup of freshly chopped cilantro or parsley
Directions
Whisk together the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl
Add remaining ingredients to a large bowl
Add dressing
Toss
Refrigerate for 1 hr
Serve and enjoy
