Propane is like 110 octane, so why retard the timing again? You'd think advancing the hell out of it would be the thing to do. I'm wondering how to keep the valve train and seals happy with such a dry fuel source. Blow through, with the turbo compressing both fuel and air like a supercharger is interesting in this case, as the vaporizing propane must make a chilled dense charge. Awesome!
I don’t recall anymore. How ever I followed another guys build and did it his way. He has a thread called how I turbo a 22r on propane. Or something like that. I read that thing at least 6 times. And followed his timing advice.
Thanks foe the info. Going propane turbo myself
Been trying to do the research on it before pulling the trigger

What turbo are you running?
What size turbo
What are you running for an ignition to retarted the timing?
