Instead of invading 3 players, you can invade Magnus the Beast Claw in Altus Platuea. If you win (once) or lose (thrice), it will advance White Mask Varre's quest. This is particularly useful when playing offline.
I'm wanting to respec as soon as I find a new weapon. My build will be something new
I’ll never forget playing the Bloodborne DLC in NG+. Ludwig destroyed me, over and over and over again.
I never had a challenge in eldenring because i played ds3 that ping ping pong with the violin caught me slipping but when i played bloodborne and its dlc i literally had to lock in for constant fights and the sheer aggression my easiest boss would be lady maria And the the orphan thingy

When you invade during Varré's questline, teleport back to your world by using the Finger Severer. Even if you don't do anything in the host's world, it still counts.
Also, if getting the blood of Vyke's maiden is hard, teleport from the Four Belfries to the Chapel of Anticipation, kill the Grafted Scion, and loot the blood of your own maiden in the chapel.
There are easier options than fighting scion.

@@asuraphreakSure but he’s a joke by the time you’re around level 50 and have a +6 / +4 weapon and make it over to the Belfry Towers.
They actually added a very cool NPC invasion option to varre’s quest line. It’s somewhere in the north west area of the Altus plateau depending on how early you get to it, it can be quite challenging, and you can grab yourself a second grade star hammer.
I’ve got my strength build at lvl 125, my faith build at lvl 130, my dex build at lvl 90 and my intelligence build at lvl 93. So excited to dig into the dlc 🤘🏼

I recently completed the Radahn fight and I couldn’t believe how much easier it is than it was at launch
He has been nerfed so hard, poor guy.
Yeah the new Radahn is a joke. My friends thought he was hard post-nerf! Ha.. they have no idea how much suffering we day 1 players went through trying to kill that beast on our first playthrough. We all remember the horror and beauty of "Where's he going...wh...he's....where did he *OH MY GOD! AHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
I started a new character a few weeks ago. Just finished it a few days ago. Now I’m just going around getting and leveling up all the weapons I may switch to for the DLC. Clearing out dungeons and etc. I don’t want this character to be on NG +. I also haven’t beaten Mohg on this character. I want to wait until the DLC is out so it feels a bit more seamless.
I did the same thing and also did not let the world change yet. I am so ready for the dlc!

Hey, Just an FYI.. To use White mask's path, First you have to Visit Round Table Hold Then Beat Godrick, then he'll be in Lakes Area... And In the Invasion side, Do the Invasion then you can Use the item to return to your world.. As long as you "invade" a world you're good No need to fight and loose runes.. And as for the maiden Blood, Easier way then dealing with the Frenzied area is Going to Four Belfries In north west lakes region and going to Precipice of Anticipation... What takes you where you start the game but you'll have 2 Great runes to choose from IF you didn't beat that boss and you'll get a Spirit ash and the Maiden you need to go to is in the church you started in...

I'm taking an existing character NG +10 but, as soon as I get any new weapons I'm not touching old weapons till after I beat the dlc a few times same as armor

Im going in with my lvl 350 str dex arc build dual wield scavengers curved swords and dual wield omen cleaver along with a dragon seal for some incantations
Created a new player when the DLC was announced. Got to defeat everyboss (Except Elden Beast) and now i have a lvl 150 character and with over 100 smithing stones from 1-9 so i can test new builds and weapons
Dex/Arc with a variety of Katanas. I want the high discovery and status effects
The high Arcane for Item discovery is such a good idea
I have a Messmer cosplay character for this purpose: high dex, arcane, and faith who uses fire and bleed.
Is there any reason we expect the DLC could impact our end game decision?
I am unsure if I want to enter the dlc before making that choice or to take that glorious end game gear and enter the lands of shadow as elden lord to take care of business and make my dlc decisions based off that.
I might be the only person, but I'm just looking forward to all the new rune farms we will find for months to come

Taking three builds into DLC. Sorcerer Lv 173 (have not fought Godfrey, Radagon/Elden beast). Faith build Lv 169 (have not fought Godfrey, Radagon/Elden beast). Bleed build NG +3. Lv 268.
I got a 150 bonker, 125 mage, and a 31 twink 😂😂🎉
I might be overkill lol but I am maxed 785 level currently following guides again on quests in order using a night comet build also playing on seamless co op and with the harder seamless co op mod added lol it can get a bit rough I hope these 2 mods get updated quickly after dlc release.

lvl 150 dual banished greatswords, double slash ash of war, blood scaling on both, 58 strenght, 46 dex, 60 vigor wearing Night's Calvary set. Talismans, greatshield physical def talisman, max hp dmg reducing talisman, lord of bloods talisman, jumping attack talisman

Regarding level, haven’t they said game level will be overriden by that new power level mechanic?
Technically not. The DLC was scaled to endgame difficulty and some bosses were allegedly designed to be as hard as Malenia, so the additional mechanic only matters for players with really high rune lvl to not steamroll the content.

I’m taking my level 275 NG+4 character
I have one character and have done since day one. I've never been able to make another one, in any game (such as Elder Scrolls, Diablo etc) because I feel like I'm cheating on my original character! Lol. I'm lvl 318 and just finished my NG+4 playthrough. Gonna hold there and wait for the DLC to drop. Got 50 of every single smithing stone, both standard and somber, 10 ancient dragon stones and 6 ancient dragon sombers. I'm ready 😉

@@mikeb7805He just means after you beat the game you should not start the game over again on the same character. Like he said in the video it will increase the stats on the enemies in the dlc
rot arrows with rain of arrows or barrage AOW or rot breath for Radahn let your summons aggro him stay away and watch him rot to death

I’m not a git gud Dark Souls guy but I fought Radahn for the first time since launch and it RUINED. I know the caps are dramatic but so was the difference.

You should be able to blow through content of NG+ and be at the entrance within 1-2 hours.
