Connaissez vous quelqu'un capable de démonter un tel cylindre monobloc, nettoyer la partie externe qui a subi une agression (végétaux enfoncés) et remonter pour que ça fonctionne à nouveau ?

Non, et je ne pense pas que ce soit faisable. La serrure n'est pas faite pour être démontée. La démonter la rendrait beaucoup moins sécuritaire.
