Dusty, my Dad was from the dirty thirties. He always said there is no way better than learning from our own mistakes is the best, as long as it isn't lethal 😊
It’s great that you not only take advice from your followers, also that you are teaching new and maybe old hand farmers what not to do. This is social media at its best. Much ❤ and support from the UK 🇬🇧
I’m glad to see Elenor and Nora are doing so good! That grass is so green and beautiful. Well you know what they say Dusty, you learn from your mistakes! I’m sure you’ll get it how you need it and want it! I see your assistant is there checking out the equipment. Dunbar is such a handsome guy.
Absolutely love Eleanor! She's so sweet! The babies are really growing. Your animals are beautiful. Your family does an amazing job of husbandry. God Bless You All! 💖🦬🇺🇸
Nora looks great ! Leave it to the adults to test out new equipment and give it a failing grade …. I’m sure you will have it figured out in no time ! 😊
Hey Dusty. Don't beat yourself up. We all have to learn. The only way we fail is if we don't try. Right? Thank you for sharing your majestic animals. I really appreciate it.
I just wanted to let you know that your channel really means a lot to me! It helps me mentally and emotionally on bad days! I have multiple physical health problems. Which therefore effects emotionally, mentally and Unfortunately has been messing with my spirituality lately!! As a teenager I worked on a few farms and the $$ went towards new shoes etc for whatever I needed to start new season of sports. Depending on whatever season it was. Also 1 of the farms had Bison. About 10 of them! They take me to an happy place spiritually and help me forget my pain briefly as i watch and observe your video's! I'm a quarter Cherokee and a pinch of Black Foot!! Never really knowing much about my father and his side of the family growing up and being a foster child. I did a lot of studying on the whole history of what went on in those days! Very brutal as a child reading the history of what they tell us!! Anyways the Buffalo/ Bison is very great eating experience!! Actually is my favorite burger I've ever had!. It's a shame all they slaughtered and waisted back then.! So thank you again for sharing you alls journey on the farm with us all.! I pray our Messiah will Bless you and your family!!.. I look forward to the coming years of content and growth of the farms.! Hopefully 1 day I'll be able to get some meat and be able to enjoy it again!!
It's been interesting watching the ranch grow from a few bison to more bison, then the Ponderosa, now the barn work. It's been a great trip. Keep up the good work. Question. Do you know about how many bison your ranch will support at this point? Thanks.
I feel ur frustration. I wanted to tell you that Eleanor is looking well. Dunbar is looking bigger to me. All ur Bison look great and that's because of ur constant care and management. You are a credit to the Bison community.
Good idea. And I think the horizontal bar will do the trick. The next time he is here on the ranch you can move the bars and reweld. Only take a couple more vertical tubes. Great video. Love watching you with your bison.
6 months old calves coming off mama is much easier to tame and train than an 8 month old calf😊 and let them go on their own through your systems it helps a ton in the future and being little they really can't hurt anything
Great save! Love how you did an easy fix and solved the problem. Thats why I watch these shows to get ideas and see 1st hand that creativity is a necessary talent!
Thank you Dusty for sharing. The bison and you work together. They show you whats the best way to do everything. For the best of all. There are no mistakes. Its all wisdom. Thats why i like your channel. You are doing fine with them and they like and appreciate you.
Hello Dusty, Dusty, Dusty, there's no mistakes... just lessons learned. Oh there's that handsome feller Dunbar, plus beautiful Eleanor 🤎& Little Nora . God bless 🤍🤍🤍
Wendy Perrins Don’t get defeated everyone has to learn and be happy that you are showing what has happened so the next person won’t make the same mistake. It may take a few attempts to get it right and thats ok as we all have to learn even if it is frustrating. Be happy that you are doing such a great job most of the time.
Dunbar, Eleanore, and Nora are looking great. Dunbar is looking very handsome with all his ladies. Dusty, how is Eleanore's vision doing, I have not heard any updates on her. Thanks for sharing the Dusbar heard!!
When it comes to the creeper gate, you learned and will not make the same mistake again. I sure hope the modified gate works as you hoped! Eleanor and Nora are looking good...all of the bison are! The pasture is looking so green! Awesome!
Dusty, we are our hardest critics. I'm always making thing's harder for myself and I do it well, I usually learn from it. It's okay buddy just keep learning. God bless y'all.
Love the videos just love the Dunbar and Eleanor they are so sweet Dunbar is so nosey just wants to make sure that everything is good lol😂love you from Arkansas
measure where the calf could barely fit through (near the gate) and bale wire some 2X4 to close up the gap on the others. see if that works, then just weld a chunk of flat bar top and bottom and with a series of hole you could secure some 2X4 or square stock semi-permanent to the flat bar and have an adjustable size buffalo strainer.
Don't give up, when you are almost there. Just like Daniel's goats creeper set-up...yes... you are on the right track with making the opening shorter so only the calves can get in. The only thing I can see that might pose a problem is if it is too short the the mama's they just might stick their heads in and give it a head toss and possibly take that off the hinges haha sure hope not! Love your channel, blessings to you and your family!
I think the bar across the fence will do the trick & the idea at the end of the video you mentioned is a great Idea, less work to just open the gate than to run all over the place trying to catch them.👍
Those Bison are like why is this guy always out here talking to himself. 😂😂
😂😂 Hehe
Lol 😂
Yep they probably think our human has lost the plot
Doesn't he have human friends?
@@karendemorrow LoL. LoL. 😅
Dunbar licking the machinery cracks me up! He sure is a character! Glad to see Elinor and Nora looking good!
Dusty, my Dad was from the dirty thirties. He always said there is no way better than learning from our own mistakes is the best, as long as it isn't lethal 😊
A wise man indeed!
It’s great that you not only take advice from your followers, also that you are teaching new and maybe old hand farmers what not to do. This is social media at its best. Much ❤ and support from the UK 🇬🇧
You take such good care of your buffalo. Love your videos!
Love all the herd but it is always good to see you taking care of Eleanor! Thank you!

Like watching a pot of water boil… walk away, come back n it’s boiling over… ha! Great idea, hope it works
Absolutely love Eleanor! She's so sweet! The babies are really growing. Your animals are beautiful. Your family does an amazing job of husbandry. God Bless You All! 💖🦬🇺🇸
Dunbar is just beautiful
Nora looks great ! Leave it to the adults to test out new equipment and give it a failing grade …. I’m sure you will have it figured out in no time ! 😊
Dunbar is always ready for his close-up
What an Amazing animal Dunbar is!!
Don’t be so hard on yourself. The creeper looks great!! Great Job!!! 😊😉😊
Hey Dusty. Don't beat yourself up. We all have to learn. The only way we fail is if we don't try. Right? Thank you for sharing your majestic animals. I really appreciate it.
Dusty is a good Teacher,🎯💯👂🔥🗣️
Those bulls are getting so beautiful. Dunbar still has that feisty spark.

Wonderful Beautiful Bison they looks like they are enjoying grazing on that grass they are always exciting to see
I love your horse she is beautiful!
It is important that she learns while she young, so no bad habits.
It's been interesting watching the ranch grow from a few bison to more bison, then the Ponderosa, now the barn work. It's been a great trip. Keep up the good work. Question. Do you know about how many bison your ranch will support at this point? Thanks.
Elenore is beautiful and Dunbar is handsome!! Love them. Thanks Dusty for sharing them with us. 🦬
It was a good concept and was successful to a right degree. Like the old saying goes, "try ,try again."
Dunbar is absolutely Majestic..
You have such beautiful animals. I can tell you truly love n care for them.
I just love seeing Eleanor, she is just so adorable.
That Dunbar, what a character. You'll get it squared away, Dusty. We have faith in ya Kemosabe. Good seein' the Dunbar crew, especially the princess.
Hello how are you doing 😊
Try a long 2x4 at the height you want to see if it works before you weld anything. Wire or chain the 2x4 on.
Dusty you always have a positive attitude. What a great role model for all the young ones watching.
I can't believe how fast them babies grow up!
I love the fact that animals love to watch humans work!!!!
I feel ur frustration. I wanted to tell you that Eleanor is looking well. Dunbar is looking bigger to me. All ur Bison look great and that's because of ur constant care and management. You are a credit to the Bison community.
I love looking at your bison. I just love your channel. God bless you all and keep safe.
Good evening from Syracuse NY everyone thank you for sharing your adventures and your herds
I have missed Eleanor! It was great to see her and Cora.
Dunbar does not want to miss anything! ❤🦬🦬🦬
They are waiting on Papa to decide 👍😊
Good idea. And I think the horizontal bar will do the trick. The next time he is here on the ranch you can move the bars and reweld. Only take a couple more vertical tubes. Great video. Love watching you with your bison.
Hi Dusty Live and learn. You can fix it Looks like it will work with a little adjustment. God bless and love yall ❤❤
6 months old calves coming off mama is much easier to tame and train than an 8 month old calf😊 and let them go on their own through your systems it helps a ton in the future and being little they really can't hurt anything
Dusty, just like you said… too small on the creep gate and it wouldn’t work at all.
You know that Dunbar wants a go with the welder! 😂
Be blessed ❤
Dusty, it is a brilliant idea. Every new idea takes a little adjusting.
Dunbar is a belter.
Great save! Love how you did an easy fix and solved the problem. Thats why I watch these shows to get ideas and see 1st hand that creativity is a necessary talent!
Dusty, l don't think you are lucky; l think you are blessed from above! Keep up the admirable life!
Thank you!
You will get it done!!
Thank you Dusty for sharing. The bison and you work together. They show you whats the best way to do everything. For the best of all. There are no mistakes. Its all wisdom. Thats why i like your channel. You are doing fine with them and they like and appreciate you.
They usually don't eat it down around patties. It's better before the spring rains if u run a harrow and break up all throes Patty's.
Oh and Dunbar is so handsome is color is so dark chocolate❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Drill a hole on each side of your center support and pin it .
That way it can't slide in either direction.
And you can still unpin it and remove it.
Hello Dusty,
Dusty, Dusty, there's no mistakes... just lessons learned. Oh there's that handsome feller Dunbar, plus beautiful Eleanor 🤎& Little Nora . God bless 🤍🤍🤍

Dunbar is so Pretty it hurts. Always Enjoy these Videos.
Never a free or quiet moment. Blessings to CTB 🙏
Thank you got all you do😊
Dunbar, Eleanore, and Nora are looking great. Dunbar is looking very handsome with all his ladies. Dusty, how is Eleanore's vision doing, I have not heard any updates on her. Thanks for sharing the Dusbar heard!!
Thanks for another great time up close to those majestic Bison!
Hello how are you doing 😊
GOOD JOB young man! Always learning!!! You'll get it!! You'll ALWAYS GET IT!! God Bless you and ALL your loved ones!!!
Got one for you. Dad told son that was going back to college bison get it bison
Dusty you could use hitch clips on the inside edges to keep the pipe from coming out or pin it by the middle supports.
It’s ok to make mistakes. That’s how you learn.
Mistakes are there to show you what does NOT work.
Good morning Dusty! Try, try, again can be frustrating, but you've got this! Hugs from N.C..❤️
Majestic Dunbar! Eleanor and Nora!
What a wonderful treat! ❤ Thank You!
Love your videos!!
Mr Dunbar has to inspect all the welds
When it comes to the creeper gate, you learned and will not make the same mistake again. I sure hope the modified gate works as you hoped! Eleanor and Nora are looking good...all of the bison are! The pasture is looking so green! Awesome!
Dunbar is magnificent!!
The bison are so majestic
Dusty, we are our hardest critics. I'm always making thing's harder for myself and I do it well, I usually learn from it. It's okay buddy just keep learning. God bless y'all.
I know about frustration but new ideas sometimes it takes fine tuning.
Boy the green sure looks good and it is wonderful to see
Keep trying! It will work eventually
Live and learn
Love watching your channel.
You can drill holes on one or two inner clips and capture it that way. Doesn't have to be outside of the ends.
Love the videos just love the Dunbar and Eleanor they are so sweet Dunbar is so nosey just wants to make sure that everything is good lol😂love you from Arkansas

Take a 2x4 lower to height you think will work, use some large clamps to secure
Dunbar looking even better! And the girls too,.
You should list/sell bison turds by the cube bag full
They DO make good compost/fertilizer!
Hi Elenor & Nora😁
Put the pin by the Center bracket piece. One on each side of it will keep the pole from moving. Or pin on the inside of each end of brackets
I love to watch your Bison , so interesting.
Thanks Guys
YOU best be getting a drag harrow
Boy these Bison are teaching you. I am surprised Elenor is not going thru it as well. But too many are around that area and she is so shy
You could make one long bar to make an adjustable (raise up or down as needed) bar. It works for goats.
Well you'll just have to make adjustments on your gate idea ! Dunbar is looking nice , along with Eleanor and Nora !👍❤
Dunbar gets more handsome every time I see him !
Don't give up, when you are almost there. Just like Daniel's goats creeper set-up...yes... you are on the right track with making the opening shorter so only the calves can get in. Love your channel, blessings to you and your family!
Dunbar really has turned into a beautiful bull!
Dunbar is too cute!! ❤
You are ahead of the light bulb! 1st attempt!🎉🎉🎉
I've already had to mow in Green Country, I beat the rain today. Yes the green is pretty but not ready for mowing and weed eating so soon.
Just like a kid, when you want them to do something they do nothing. If your not watching, they are on top of the house. It should work for you.
Dusty you do a great job with the care of your animals ❤️. I pat you on the back Great job. They are all beautiful love to watch ⌚️.
I think the bar across the fence will do the trick
& the idea at the end of the video you mentioned
is a great Idea, less work to just open the gate
than to run all over the place trying to catch them.👍
Dusty… don’t be so hard on yourself! You do so very many things right … this time it just took a second go at it. Take care!
I enjoyed watching your video 😊
