Amazing! But did any of them pull a Demi?? "Suck my %#*@!" LOL. Seriously. Congrats to these two brave women. I liked two things. One was that they came in with no chip on their shoulder. I hope this was true. That is SO important for team unity.
Second, the stories of the women taking weight off their male counterparts was amazing and uplifting. I believe the sincere stories the two fellow graduates told..
This was a great press conference for the public and most certainly for military PR. Lots of wins here.
Will they ever see combat? Maybe. Maybe not. If not them, them their successors at some point. Times are a changing.

It's a shame that these brave women will never see combat because the Army has already said that they will not be assigned to any combat regiment despite the fact that they can do the job, one battle at a time I guess.

Hector Devora Bullshit, there's ways women can see combat if they wanted to.

+Hector Devora they are not rangers, first off the most obvious reason they don't have the tab, second the faced trials that where a lot easier than the men, they did not truly go through "ranger school" they wen through leadership school which is something completely diffrent from ranger school

There's a character in the zombie book, Renee: St. Mary's Virus, who I think the author based on the two female ranger graduates.

So they aren't rangers. Just ranger qualified. They never went to ranger battalion. they do not have scrolls. They either just did it for the attention and equal rights. Or they wanted to be able to wear the ranger tab and it is great to have on your army accomplishments and I'm sure will help with getting promoted in the future

Good for them. It is great that did not have double standards like most of the PFTs. It is clearly a hardcore test with only 94 of 381 male soldiers and 2 of 19 female soldiers passing.
Now I am honestly want to know how these numbers will change. Will other female solders see them, try and make it and we will see the numbers increase, or are these the top 0.1% of women solders who where waiting for a chance to show they could it and we will only occasionally a women pass the test?

Loathomar More than likely there was double standards or the standards were lowered. Come on, they had to graduate someone. King Obama said so.

***** I never graduated from Ranger school. I was an infantry grunt in the Marines though, but then again, what does that have to do with this?
They did have double standards. They were apparently recycled a few times.
Look, it's nice people want to believe a woman is physically equal to a man but at some point you all are going to have to grow up. All this is for is just show.

***** So instead I'm suppose to stick my head in the sand? Multiple people have said they were recycled multiple times and were given a lot of leeway to complete the obstacles.
