This video is awesome! You are so organized and pretty! I work in a school right now as a lunchroom supervisor! Eventually, I’d like to be a paraprofessional! Do you have any important effective tips for working in the school system? How are the kids and how do you deal with conflict?
Thank you so much! Sorry for the late reply but it’s definitely a rewarding position and you have teacher support being with them in the classroom. If I have to assist alone, I usually try to diffuse and redirect/calm the child but most times you will have help from other staff/admin.

Thank you 😊 I like active wear from various brands don’t have a favorite right now. But Nike, Lulu Lemon, Puma just to name a few.

do you get paid good enough, i mean you don t have to tell me the exact amount. I am asking becasue I am interested in becoming a paraeducator
I get paid 21 a hour, and I work 194 school days
How do you like being a paraprofessional? I'm thinking about becoming one.
I enjoy it, it has stability and benefits and I work with a grade level that I understand well.

Since you work at a school it’s Monday-Friday same hours every day. You have holidays and breaks off other than the usual weekend.
