Just curious, what camera setup do you use? I recently purchased a Sony NEX-EA50M professional camcorder from 2015. It does 1080p at 60fps and has professional features like XLR inputs but no 4K, but I don't plan on using 4K for a long time. I'm trying to make an overhead camera mount for it. Did you DIY your own or did you buy one?

The camera above the bench is a Samsung NX500. I put it in 'pre-record' mode by pressing the Trash button. That gets it to output a nice clear 1080p video signal from the HDMI. I capture that and record it with OBS along with the microphone that is connected to a USB audio interface.
The NX500 is one of the best compact mirrorless cameras ever made. Very good performance and usability for a reasonable price and excellent selection of compact lens.
I got a Smallrig cage for a Sony camera, it is close enough to fit the NX500. It is attached to a shelf above the bench with some clamp and arm things.

@@Elecami I'm going to probably buy a Sony a6400 as my overhead camera and primary photo camera. The EA50 uses the same lens mount, and since the EA50 I got came with a nice servo zoom 18-200mm lens I can easily put that on my a6400 or buy a I can easily put that on my a6400 or buy the kit 16-50mm lens. The EA50 does have HDMI output so I could hook it up to a capture card and get higher bit rates than the AVCHD recorder. I have an Elgato HD60 but I don't think the bitrate is much better than AVCHD. I'm pretty sure a Blackmagic Intensity Pro 4K would work a lot better since it can capture HDMI 1080p at 60fps. I have the standard Intensity Pro but it can only record 1080p at 30fps.

it like Just one big PCB Board chopped and rewired 90 ...and a 90, and another 90 and then wrap it up Beta-VCR....

Yes I think they would make all the PCBs on one large panel with all components placed and soldered on one pass.
