The GU4 shows some mad flex at the back!
Hi again Subs, here's a video of a JK Wrangler, GU & GU4 Patrol and D1 Discovery, doing the Mt Sugarloaf Powerlnes trail. Enjoy watching!!
explored these tracks today in my triton with stock suspension and 31inch tyres, you made this climb look easy, i didnt even try it. way to steep for a stockish ute. cant wait to get more mods to be able to try it. great video, love ya stuff
Thanks mate 👍 You'll love it once you mod your Triton.
what psi you running for these tracks?
You'll do this stock fine. Have faith and confidence. I use to do it in a stock as sierra back in the 90s and it was rough as guts back then. Having a crack is half the fun
I think this is one of the most excited cameraguys ever
😂
i think that white patrol is smoking a turbo petrol and just spooling up love that sound somthing different
Yep 👌
I just got one 1999 2,8 Diesel. Any ideas for modification that will be greatly appreciate it. Cool videos BTW !!!
Hope you get a lot of fun out of it. There are plenty of mods you could do, think about what you need the most, like lockers, rock sliders and a lift to get you started and decent in capability.
Thank you very much :) Your videos are awesome !!!
Thanks mate 👍 Glad you like them.
Cool cars. That white diesel patrol doesn't sound very healthy! almost sounds 'wheezy'.
Because it's RB25DET if I'm not mistaken
good off road
Thanks for watching 👍
Hey +Aussie Four Wheeling what tier do you reckon is the best on them rocks and into the mud
+Them mob there From what we've seen, bias Treps for rocks, maybe mud too (we don't do much mud), then Mud Grapplers on rocks (they're shit in mud), Trail Grapplers are good on rocks too, then Open Country MT's.
What size lift are both the patrols running?
6" white, 8" silver.
autos only way to go .my mates always call me the slug but there rite always crawl up everthing while they r burning clutches out.gu4 should get a super charger kit put on like the jeep .OH WHAT A SOUND . keep it comming
Yep, much more control when crawling those really steep and gnarly sections.
Hey guys where abouts at suggy does this track start? Love the gtr pootrol too!
When you go to do the Killy Loop and go under the freeway, usually you turn left and cross the creek to Killy Loop, instead turn right and follow the powerlines all the way towards the Sugarloaf Range Rd. Have fun, enjoy the drive and take care of our tracks for the future 😉 Let us know how you go.
Hey! I'm a subscriber from Mexico do you think you can add a second gen Mitsubishi montero! I own one but haven't taken it off-road i was wondering if you could make a video with one in it!
Thanks for following us mate 👍 Over here they're called Pajero. Will have to find some, we rarely come across them offroad.
Why do you guys run so much tyre pressure?
I was thinking exactly that. Almost look like Rd pressure.
+RB25GU Our air compressors say 150 psi, that's what we run.
That disco sounds mean. And I really like his driving. It's a manual, right? Guy shows good driving in every video.
Yeah, it's manual. He has good driving skills.
