Same story as my brother. But dofferent ending.her girlfriend was blind my brother andd her was together since highschool my nrother died due to an illness and decided to give his eyes to her gf. Untill now her girlfriend never loved another guy shes already 40 adoptted 2 orphan kids that i treat as my niece.

Truly sad... even tho he loves her very much he left because he didn’t want to be a burden to her BUT I’m sure that’s not what she wanted cause when she was blind he was always there for her, helping her out and everything, so of course she wants to return the favors and be with him forever. I get your comment, but let me correct something... You confuse true love with unrealized love which is similar to the unrequited one. You feel the strongest longing if you can't reach your lover/you can't fulfill your desires. But if you two have a chance together from the very beginning, the passion won't be dramatically strong unlike in this movie.
'True love' means the parties treat each other equally and stay together till old age/their death. Not even Romeo & Juliet belongs here, that was a mere act of horny teenagers.

There's a turkish version of this film. Think this film just copied everything from the turkish one. Sadece Sun. Absolutely beautiful and one of my favourite films :3 In Germany it's on Netflix, don't know if its in your country too :)
tHeChIrGiS this movie was made 2011 so if turkish film made before 2011 then this korean version is not the original. but I doubt turkish is the first one who made it because they are the one who always remake the korean movie.
@@tHeChIrGiS No you dumbass. THIS is the original. This came out in 2011. The turkish one came out in 2014. And then there's also 2 more remakes from Kannada and India which came out in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
Hmm, maybe you're right. Sadece Sen was made in 2013. But I have to admit, that I like the turkish version more. It feels more "realistic" and "deep" than the korean version :-)

This scene made me Han Hyo Joo fan. It was master class act better than any movie I've ever watched. The emotion from longtime waiting for the man she love so much to return and the feel of disgusted and guilt for not recognizing him twice when she was so close to him and let him slipped away. Her body trembling, her leg is shaking, the sudden burst of emotion is too harsh for her so she collapse unable to continue running and search for him. Her act delivered it all and give justice to this great movie.
There is nothing special about her. She is merely an actress nothing more

My favourite korean movie... I've watched it a million times, and I still cry at the parts where he tried really hard not to cry as she was massaging him and when she finally realized who he was and went looking for him frantically. Really made me bawl my eyes out. 🥺🥺

I talked my best friend into watching this with me. Needless to say, we were both fangirling over how cute the girl was and feeling lonely asf because we wanna dedicated mans like this. We also cried because of everything he did for her😭 I’ve watched this movie a lot but it always gets me.
A friend had a Golden Retriever named Easy who died recently. He lost his wife a couple of months ago to cancer, so was devastated by the loss of his dog as well. What a surprise to find his namesake in this drama. I wonder whether to show it to him or not.

she initially didn't realize. the only way she realized was because of easy, though i think she kinda notice something as she massaged him, but it didnt click because i'm pretty sure the feeling of him had slipped out of her mind since she had gained her vision again. Though you have to know something is up if the dog is jumping in excitement over him when usually he doesnt do that with people, so i think it slowly clicked in her mind at the moment, yaknow? though she wouldn't have known how he looked either way because of how she never saw him in person when she got her eye site so i think she wouldn't have been able to tell who he was just by looking at pictures. and it looked like some under ground arena really so Idk, but i can be wrong cx
I gotta watch it again, since I thought he just fought illegally in an underground environment 🤔

Yeah this happened to me but then I had medical insurance so it was much quicker and easier but we started crying when we saw the medical bills. I also had a regular job so story is kinda close.

actually it was also partially guilt. He realized that he was there when she was in the accident that caused her to lose her sight. When he was holding that guy who eventually fell and was burning, that distracted the car she was in and they crashed killing her parents as well as losing her sight. He didn't forgive himself for being the reason both her parents died and she lost her sight.
