    I run a handful of different systems using foundry and I'm looking at running old gods of Appalachia in foundry. I just need to take a moment tell you that this video is amazing. your voice is very clear your presentation is on the money and you're a rock star.

    I was blown away at the Cypher System for Foundry. Everything is so customizable, and it has some really handy tools.

    The Old Gus SRD tip is amazing, thanks for sharing. I've come back to this video now that I can actually sit down and make some changes to my world. I hope to start running Cypher sometime soon :)

    Oh how I wish I could pay for Foundry! This was an excellent video! All the options seem like a dream come true to ease new players into the system.

      It is. I suggest picking it up. They do have the occasional sale. Keep all eye out for that maybe. And unlike some other's, you only need one copy for a while group. So if you have friends to play with, maybe share the cost

      @@Qedhup I want it because I also like that it's not subscription. But it would have to be a deep deep sale. Where I live (Argentina) with 50 USD you can buy modest food for two weeks and for a purchase in USD we have to pay at least 75% in taxes. Anyway i think subscribed to the newsletter, I'll keep an eye on.

    The Magnus Files is introducing a new pool. I think it is a horror pool.

      @@Qedhup woohoo! I’m coming back to RPGs (after a 33 year hiatus) and am falling in love with Cypher and OGoA. Never used a VTT before so I am playing catchup.

    Great video, full of useful information. I do have an issue with dragging the type and focus to the character sheet. Weirdly enough, the descriptor workds, the others do nothing. Do you know why that might be?

    • @Qedhup
      @Qedhup  Год назад +1

      The drag and drop functionality is actually from the one companion mod by Nice. He made a system add-ons mod that gives a few QOL advancements like that.

    Wonderful video. I am working on setting up our game. When we make Actors and choose Foci, it auto populates all of the Tier abilities - it looked like your example just brought in Tier 1 options? Is that something you fine tuned? Or do the players go thru and remove all the others...

    • @Qedhup

      I have my own module for character options I've tuned. Had options from literally all the books and is set how we prefer.

    I’ve got the export to PDF module installed and activated, and it ‘s got a cypher system preset, but the link doesn’t appear in the token’s sheet. Have you tried this at all?

      Oh. I have not. Haven't had a need for it.
