I just found you guys and man, you need more clout! I used your Kansas City food tour video to come up with a food schedule for my KC trip with my girlfriend. Keep doing what you're doing!
Thank you so much for watching! Let us know how your KC trip goes, and any new places you find! We have a long list of restaurants there that we need to try when we go back, and it gets longer each time we go!
@@SusanandEric The trip already happened. I recommend: - Woodyard Barb-b-que - Gram & Dun (highly recommend) - Betty Rae's Ice Cream - The Roasterie Everywhere else was where you guys went. Ha!
The bbq pork bahn mi at Dons is the best in the world!!! Did you notice the homemade mayo, it’s great! The pho there is great also. My wife says the end of the bread, first bite, is too hard, but it doesn’t bother me. A few years back the bahn mi were $2 each and buy 5 get one free, so 6 bahn mi for $10.....they went up on price in the great bidenflation now $5 each. I have never tried any other place on Bellaire because Dons is so good, I’m sure you noticed they were busy and I bet you waited in a line to order. They probably sell 1000-2000 sandwiches per day!
having had the Bodard sprinnot long ago, I feel their sauce is not as good as what it used to be, I remember several years back in the early to mid 2000s I went their a bunch of times over those years, and I remember the sauce being so much better.
i'm so surprised not to see any fresh herbs especially they can grow those asian herbs there in houston themselves cuz in NYC sometime we don't even have any herb at all just plain beansprouts from the chinese vendors...
Umm... they give you a plateful of Thai basil, mints, cilantro, bean sprouts in every H-town Viet restaurants for your Pho. They just didn't show it in the video.
Loved the video. Wondering if I heard correctly that only two little Lobster person and said they thought the Lobster were just Prawns or something. Would love to know the truth.
I've been trying to expand my horizon on asain food and Vietnamese food has definitely caught my eye. As a Houstonian I'm happy to have bumped into your video! Thanks for providing lots of options. Great work, subscribed!

Which hotel did you stay? Is that near all the restaurant?
They're in the hotel in the Galleria Mall, which is about 5 exits from Bellaire.
