I bought this box in the packaged version that came with two 10” Rockford Fosgate R2 subs, all the cables / hardware, the amplifier and output converter this June (2022) and I couldn’t be more impressed. These videos were really helpful. I would just say to make sure you slow down and have the right tools. A breaker bar was nice for removing the back seat since the bolts have thread locker on them. But the install was very straight forward. Super super quality product. The best part is I called the place twice with some questions and the owner himself answered. Talk about a rad small business making a great product. Oh, and the subs sound excellent after a little tune.
I brought this box 4/2021 , the cutout are 7.20” and the depth is 4.20” at the lowest point and 5.25” at the highest !!! , definitely definitely do your research when it’s come to the subwoofer that can fit, I would recommend shallow mounts !!! Regular 8” will fit but you need to do some trim and add a speaker spacer !
The video looks deceiving because I'm not seeing enough height for an amp to mount between the subs as mentioned, looks like an amp would be too tall. How much space is between the bottom of the seat and the box?
Will this system work if I already have the upgraded alpine system? Will I still tap into the green wires from the pillar like you did in your other video?
This is what I'm looking for the only thing I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL I'm trying to find a stealth box that could go under the rear seat and able to hold two 12in subwoofers not shallow subwoofers or four 10in subwoofers most likely the Rockford Fosgate probably P3
@@brpauto7313 I'd be concerned that I might have the seats up and maybe drop a tool or something on one of the cones and destroy it. Is there room and could grilles be put on if a person wanted to do it?

DONT BUY THIS BOX NONE OF THE HOLE LINE UP REQUIRED LOTS AND LOT OF TRIMMING !!!!!

We didn't need to cut anything. Everything works like factory.

Maybe you could also router out the top of the speaker box so you can still have the bolt holder as part of the box.

Yes. Either will work exactly the same.

We recommend the Rockford Fosgate P2-8" the RMS is 250 and peak power is at 500.
Are yal going to design something for 6.5” subwoofers?
No. We're only making them in 2-10s and 4-8s

No. We don't need it.

You can put grills over the subs to prevent that with no issues.

Not at all. The subs don't touch the seat.

Can I put jl audio w3 10” on this box?
No. Those are too big. The mounting depth for the box is 4.5.
