I was tired just imagining humping all those tools up and down the stairs😂. I did bedroom fitting day in day out for years. Its bloody hard work. Glad I'm retired. I now get to watch you do the hard work from the comfort of my chair while having a nice cup of tea🤣. It seems theres a never ending amount of time saving gadgets to make cabinet fitting and carpentry easier and quicker. Your set up makes my old kit look like a cavemans😂
Thanks so much for your thoughts appreciate it indeed we all go in that direction thinking will be nice just relaxing watching tv films etc but that isn’t the case i think you will want to go and do some jobs just to have fun :))
@@CAVjoinery 😂 when I was younger and working I used to think the same. That I'd get bored not working. But getting older the aches and pains of hard physical work catch up. Believe me, Im glad I'm retired😂. Maybe if I had someone to do all the shopping, delivery work, labouring and clearing up etc I'd like to do a bit of carpentry and furniture fitting again🤔? Nah,I've had enough now😂

Do not worry i have the same built in landscape and the 2 other wardrobe i have done in this property i started with the portrait mode because it was easy and quick for me to eddit but after i check i have seen that 80% of viewers are watching from mobile devises thanks i will try my best to post the landscape ones as soon as possible
I like those kind of videos much better, we can learn something. About the screws, you are right, I as an amateur use 50mm, while ppl say that 70mm is needed, but they use it because they put weak back, only 4-6mm, but when you put 16-18mm it is enough.
Exactly is waste of money putting euroscrews on a built in wardobe as the main parts i mean gable ar suported by brackets that you fix to the wall thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching !
I've been setting the filler panel back, flush with the carcasses for years. This is because the pointed part of the door binds on the filler as you open the door. I can't believe I've never thought to cut the top corner of the door off!!!
Have you had any joy with a Lamello/Festool battery adapter? I’ve been looking for this solution too, no joy yet though. I find I’m using my 240v unit more, and putting up with the cable. Brilliant video 👌🏻I’ve been looking forward to these coming, I’m liking your solutions and workflow 👍🏻
I've noticed, often furniture is being installed while construction works are in progress, especially in the UK. What are the benefits? And what about flooring - tiles start from cabinets plinth?
It will be i supposed because the carpet you do not want to paint or sawing while new carpet was lay down or if you put carpet first i have to cut that and you just wasted some money by fitting it
