Love how you use the table saw like a bandsaw, even at angles! I don’t think I’ve seen that technique employed before, would that be doable on any ol’ regular table saw?
Using TP jig for frameless plate placement was great tip I will definitely be using that for frameless hinges. In US half of cabinets are frameless. Other half are faceframes. Frameless is a pain to position but I been using True a position for door hardware for long time.
Awesome work on the angles and dealing with the roof line. Um your van load up is awesome. Love the drawer runners and slide outs to store your gear. Thanks for taking us along this build. Cheers
I think he is a living advertisement of festool. I wouldn't be able to pay off this festool equipment in 3 years of working... Nonetheless he knows how to use it and he is great at his job. Respect.
I have never been paid by festool never all my tools are bought with my very own money although i wouldn’t say no to them so please tag me in thir post so they can see me thanks for watching this !
@@CAVjoinery I AM very suprised that festool have not reached you. You deserve It. My comment wasnt directed to offend you but rather to admire you. Good luck!
Fantastic job! One question - are these prefinished sloped doors you were able to buy off the shelf somewhere or did you make them up and finish the edges somehow?
The workmanship was aewsome as usual but I have to say the organisation of the van is next level :-) The Festtol system helps but still the organisation with sliding rack systems must have taken sometime to build Do you have a video on this?
Wow, i always hate the moment when you drill for the handle…. because that means the end of the video is close😢 But another good video 😃 for a dressing perfectly fitting a really good job again, thx for sharing and the time you spend for this amazing video 🙏
Thanks so so much for your really nice comment and i know that you’re taking from your free time to watch my content i try my best that you guys have some benefit from this so we all have something to gain thanks a lot !
@@CAVjoineryoké oke, I'll try it in english.😁 I've been following you for a while and see that you've created a good systeem in your work. I thaught myself that too. Great job! I noticed that you cleverly modified the bevel guide of your KS60 so it clicks into place on the saw. Did you design this yourself, and is it available for purchase somewhere or as a 3D file for printing? Thanks in advance!
Do you happen to have a name or a link for the adjustable wardrobe/ cabinet legs that you use for your installs? The ones you are installing at 4:45. Thank you for your time. Cheers from Chicago! 👊🏻
Bro I got two questions for you...1.Why are using melamine backing instead of masonite ? 2.Why is it that your backing doesn't get attached against the walls ?
Interesting to see the location when you start driving, I know the area. Is this area fairly local to you? Impressed with some of the work you do, not sure if allowed to say in the comments but how do I get in touch about any potential work in the future that I may need. Cheers.
Love those longer videos so we can learn somerhing, great stuff. Only minus is that you live in UK where everything is wrong, from ppl to driving lane.😂
The video is great and the work is perfect. The only thing that boders is the music. It's more pleasant to head the tools than opera. Just a personal opinion. Keep up the great work
everytime he pops up to my feed i make sure to watch his work. and it always does not disappoint. my favorite cabinet maker!

Hello, for the cabinet doors, do you make them or order them to size prior to install?
They were made in shop using laminate mdf

@@CAVjoinery That is a real shame (for me), it is hard to find people that take such pride in their job, these days.
Where did you get the jig for the handles and hinge mounting plate from ?, I've not seen them until you used it in this video
Here is amazon affiliate ling for that jig it can be used with 32mm system like shelving hinges holes etc as well for handles up to 400mm screw holes
