    So I just had an interesting ending to a game which I don't know who actually won. Basically it was a two player game where the other person was down to one car left operable with one damage on it. Her car was one space away from crossing the finish line and so I had my helicopter attack to disable the car. It successfully damaged the car but the effect was a skid which caused it to move one space forward to the left into the finish line. I kind of took it as me winning since the other car was rendered inoperable so there were no longer any working cars but at the same time the car did pass the finish line.

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  Год назад +17

      Here's how damage is resolved: first draw and resolve the damage token effect and THEN add the token to your car's damage slot. This means she would have crossed the finish line (and won), before her final damage token was added to her car. A real photo finish!

    Hi Rodney. I stayed a little confused regarding the road die and the oil slick space. Say I use the road die and the last movement ends on the oil slick, if I resolve that and it moves me off to a non road space do I then have to undo the road die moves and move the vehicle back to where it initially was? Or in your example do you mean you are first using your regular movement die and you land on an oil slick that pushes you off road meaning you cannot use the road die? Hope this makes sense.

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  Год назад +1

      Right, if you end up moving off a road space because of the Road die itself, that's fine, but if during your regular move (before using the road die) you end up off a road space (even accidentally due to a slick), you can't use the Road Die.

    Do mud spaces take 2 spaces each when entering, or just the first one? For example if there are two mud spaces in a row and I use 2 move points to enter the first, do I then have to spend an additional 2 move points to continue into the next mudspace or is it just the initial one?

      Right, with 3 or more players, it's not a certain number of tiles, instead the game only ends after someone is eliminated (which adds the finish line at that point).

    Hi roodney, nice video , my appreciation for your continous effort, I am expecting mine in 2 days.
    Actually i have 3 questions
    1st question: the steps are
    Assign a die /command /move / shoot.
    If i want to command, should i move the 1st car, then command which affect the 2nd car movement (like nitro or drift) ? or what ? I mean command will affect which car exactly?
    2nd question, if we are 3+ players,
    1st scenario: one of us eliminated before reaching the lead tile edge, what will happen?
    2nd scenario: If we all are non eliminated, what is the max no of tiles we can place?
    3rd question, you said thet if the car ends its movement in choppers place will be eliminated, is it instantly? Or if the turn of that player ends? Or the turns of all players end?
    Sorry, for this😂, but you are the best BOARDY GUY😊

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  Год назад +1

      1) The Command affects the car that was assigned a die in the first step.
      2) There is no limit, but someone will get eliminated, unless you're all playing very kindly :)
      3) Choppers eliminate any car (even one of your own) that ends a turn in its space.

      1. I have small/medium/large cars, i assign 1st die to small, then i assign nirto/drift command, is this command will affect the small car? Or the next car(medium or large)
      2. Understood
      3. So if i end my car in chopper place, also my 4 steps ends, but still the next players didnt finih their 3rd turn yet, my car will be eliminated or should i wait the last player turn to finish.
      Thanks again, you are offering great help🙏❤️

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  Год назад

      @@user-eq2tr7nh7z 1) The small car (which is the car you assigned a die to in the first step).

    Some questions on slamming:
    The rules state the larger car may ask for a re roll, what if the opposing player says no? What happens then?
    If both cars are the same size, can a re roll happen?
    What if a wreck moves into another space causing a slam, can the same re roll rules apply then?

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  Год назад +1

      The larger car is not so much asking for permission to re-roll as "asking to have it re-rolled", meaning, if they ask, it must be re-rolled. A re-roll only happens if the larger car wants the dice re-rolled. If the two cars are the same size, then there isn't a larger car, so there is no chance for a re-roll. If a wreck moves into a space a causes a slam, the slam is resolved using the normal slamming rules. Hope that helps!

    "The original video had a mistake that stated a car that ends its MOVE in the same space as a chopper is eliminated. This is not correct, as the video later said: a car that ends it TURN in the same space as a chopper is eliminated. "
    Oh so if your car, which you’ve already done it’s primary movement, ends up on a chopper space because of a slam… if you can COAST out of there before the overall round ends, then you’re safe?

    • @WatchItPlayed
      @WatchItPlayed  Год назад +3

      The other benefit, is that you still get to complete your cars Shoot step, before checking to see if you are eliminated for being in the same space as a Chopper. This point of the video correctly states when a Chopper's effect eliminates you: ruclips.net/video/AGhHt6mDXMU/видео.html.
      Ending your "move" happens at the end of your Move step (being in a chopper space at that point does not automatically eliminate your car). Your "turn" ends after the Shoot step of a turn is complete (at that point a car in a chopper's space IS eliminated). Hope that helps.
