1. How to prepare the homogeneous sample for testing - Blend, blend and blend some more
2. If we want to measure single fruit capsaicin SHU units individually like fruit pericarp, placenta and seeds, will be the same method of grinding of samples holds good or not - Yes
3. If not what are the methods to measure the SHU in homogeneous method as sample size when considerably less 0.1 g in 0.9 ml
4. Can we use less buffer instead of 9 ml/1gm sample or less sample as we would be testing more samples in breeding program, yes 0.01 g in 0.09 ml buffer
5. You had mentioned some dilutions for measuring, wanted to know should we follow the same - Yes
6. Could you please suggest any samples homogenizer - Yes
