  • Lace up your trail shoes and join me on an epic run through the rugged wilderness of Vogel State Park in Georgia! As I take on the challenge of the Duncan Ridge Trail 50k, known as one of the toughest 50k races not only in Georgia but in the entire Southeast.
The journey kicks off in the picturesque Vogel State Park, setting the stage for an intense 32-mile run that includes just under 10,000 feet of vertical gain. Brace yourself as we traverse the challenging Coosa Back Country Trail and the notorious Duncan Ridge Trail, experiencing nature at its most demanding.
As the late November air adds a touch of crispness to the landscape, we push our limits against the relentless ascents and descents that define this grueling race. The Duncan Ridge Trail 50k is not for the faint of heart, and completing it is a badge of honor among trail runners.

RUclips just put me on to your channel; what a gem of a find! I was right there behind you at the 2:29 mark in your video pulling out my poles :) For those wondering how hard this is, i've done SpeedGoat 50k, The Rut 50k, and many many others. This race is right up there with the nations hardest. The leaves covering the trail make it extra spicy as you don't know what your foot is about to encounter. Not for the faint of heart!
