The thingamabob for the mince is a chop stir. I'd seen them used but nobody said what they were called so it took me a while to find them. Hi from the UK.
Mince is ground beef. Sorry just realised I used the English word and I'm trying not to confuse anyone. I'm sure we can't be the only ones that had no idea what it's called.

I just tripped over your channel by accident and now you're stuck with me lol. Can you please tell me where you found the lazy susan you use on your table? I enjoy the functionality of them, but they seem to take up far more space than they actually do. The clear one is absolutely lovely. Those taco salads are making me almost drool lol. My mom used to have 4 metal coffee cans she had removed the labels from and cleaned out, and whenever we'd have taco salad, she would put them upside down in the oven with the tortilla shells draped over them until the edges were just kissed-brown. She would also do the same thing for desserts, but would lightly brush them with a simple syrup fresh out of the oven before piling them high with ice cream and fresh fruit. You have a beautiful home, and you're so relaxing to watch. :-)

Thanks so much! I am very thankful for all the cabinets that I have. I know not all kitchens have so much space. We live out in the countryside. It's nice and quiet for the most part and we like it. :)

Which cleaner did you use on your wood table? Can you recommend a good non-stick skillet that you like?
I like to use Method's "Wood for Good" cleaner, but Grove is currently out of stock on that one, so I have been using the Mrs. Meyers All Purpose cleaner. It does a great job!
As far as a non-stick skillet, I don't really have a specific one that I prefer. I would like to know of a good one myself.
