This made me reassure myself that in the end, either win or lose. Jesus loves me no matter what! And if it's God's will for me to win then let it be! If not, I shall take it as a learning experience and do better next time! EDIT: day 1 of my nationals done out of 4! I won all of my games today, I thank God for making me calm and collected during my games. day 2 (i'm sorry to yall who waited i forgor to update this) Won all of my games, and currently sitting in board 2 for tomorrow. 3 day I lost, lost both games. It' depressing, but this will be a good experience for me if I ever get another run at this. Still happy, 'cause I was happy to play the chess that i wanted and showed it to my opponents. Praise God. day 4 last round. draw. Once again another, but good experience for me. Top 10 in my first nationals not that bad. My heart was so troubled and ashamed to confront God with my troubles and relationships. I made the excuse that God didn’t want to help me with “worldly things” so my prayers were empty and filled with tears and confusion. Deep down inside what God wants is actually what i want. He actually wants me to trust him. The broken pieces of me shouldn’t be thrown away in despair,but given to God as an offering so he can fix it and make me whole again. Jesus, my friend and my God, I trust in you.
I also have been going through the same exact thing I felt God doesn't want to even fix me at time but in reality he wants us to put our full trust in him and cast all our cares on him. We are truly blessed that we can rely on God to be with us even if we fall short and are struggling with anything. Anxiety was really getting in my way of reaching my potential of happiness and achievement. I had to ramp up to get to a point I could function well enough, and it had to start right when I woke up, if I slipped up, the day would be dreadful. Therapy and meditation would work here and there for short periods of time, never enough. After finding Christ 6 months ago I started my day with prayer and it is helping immensely. I encourage everyone dealing with anxiety to pray and pray often. God bless.
I get severe anxiety when I feel like I need to comment a prayer. Even though I didn't want to, I started to cry, and I watched videos about God awhile crying about how much work and stuff. I need God's help, I need to live my life! God, help me to rest from my phone, I want a break from it, help me stay calm, and live my life normal. Thank you, God, for my friends and family. I’m 14 and anxiety plagues me almost everything single of day of my life. Some days it’s so bad I have a pit in my stomach even if I haven’t left the house. And I also struggle with bad thoughts about myself. But your videos bring me such peace. Man, thank you for these videos, I was about to give up and to be honest I would have ended up a Satanist but I was brought to these videos right in time, I feel very intune with God now and even more intune with myself, I give you my sincere thanks.
I'm currently in nursing school right now and nearing the beginning of my in physical clinicals, where nursing students go out into actual hospitals with real patients and perform tasks while under the supervision of and being graded by instructors and charge nurses. While going over the policies and rule booklets/PDFs for clinicals... all the requirements and guidelines... and all the potential ways we as students could mess up and possibly even be dismissed from the nursing program entirely... I've been worried sick about doing well and actually remembering all that I've learned in the classroom when it matters most. Learning nursing procedures and interventions in theory and taking exams over them isn't really all that scary to me, cause I've been doing it for months now, but going out and actually using it in a real scenario where your mistakes can have grave consequences is scary... and a far cry from the quiet sterility of a classroom where hardly any talking or general conversation is made. I'm worried I might forget something important that I already should know, or that I won't know what to say to patients and peers and may fumble my words and waste precious time or say the wrong things and thus endanger the patients I'm supposed to care for. But this video helped me remember that it was God above who put me here, who lead me down this path, and who doesn't make mistakes. After watching I said a prayer of thanksgiving to God for all that he's blessed me with... the upbringing that led me here... the mistakes I've made... the wonderful thoughts and feelings he's given me... and the friends and family that encourage me.... and greatest of all salvation in his son Jesus Christ who loves me. None of these blessings I feel like I deserve, yet he's blessed me with them. I asked that he would guide me through clinicals and the rest of nursing beyond, that he would help me know what to do and what to say when it matters, and that all this worry and stress would be lifted from me and placed on the cross where it can be washed clean by the blood of Christ our savior. I hope if any of you have similar struggles with school and work... not sure if you'll live up to expectations or be the right one for the job... I hope God gives you peace of mind, and lets you know you're where you are right now for a reason. I have the same feeling as you and I’m in medical school. I am currently struggling with that feeling that God made a mistake, that I can’t pass the next exam but thankfully, he always reminds me to be still and to remember that he brought me here and he will finish what he started.

I had a Anemia last saturday and i passed out, i can't breath and i feel groggy. Later i'm recovering from it, I feel depressed, anxiety, fear of dying. I pray to God that I need help and comfort. I feel better, peace and calm that everything will be alright. I'm following my doc's prescription, pray everyday and maintain healthy habit. Glad that God is with us during tough times. I have panic attacks, they are absolutely terrible. I won’t go into the symptoms because I don’t want to trigger anyone who also suffers from them, but let me just say that I pray and pray for God to please take away the fear. Looking at pictures of Jesus and trying to read things helps immensely and talking to someone helps too.

Ironically perhaps, my anxiety and depression (first medicated in in 1983!) has been brought to a manageable level through self-denial. My depression led me to self-medicate, which led to addictions to crack, cannabis, meth, valium, poppy pod tea, morphine and booze, addictions that have shifted and morphed in the last 40 years, but have always lurked. I didn't need a blessing. I needed a miracle. The demon I had needed prayer and fasting to come out? Because like the boy who would fall into the fire, this demon wanted me dead. I still struggle .. but I will never give up the fight. I know I live now ONLY for His glory. I am a new creation ... thank you Jesus for showing us that suffering is not for naught. And I home is not of this world. *Glory be to God*
I admire your truth and fight to do what God wants. The devil wants us to have an empty life and then....no eternal life. God wants us to be filled with His blessings and then the BIG one....our glorious eternal life with no more pain, sorrow, and suffering. The devil is done away with. It's all worth the fight.
I got anxiety just from step one 🤦🏽♀️ Resting is stressful to me because I think i’m lazy or i’m wasting time. Earlier I was reading a devo & I feel God was telling me to breathe & stop striving for His love & just rest but I still make my brain work when i’m resting, so i’m never really resting.💔 I just want to be doing good in the sight of the Lord & not wasting the time He’s letting me borrow. But also, He knows everything so if He’s telling me to rest, He’s telling me for a reason. I just need prayer for a quieter (don’t know if that’s a word lol) mind. ❤️

When i'm about to watch this video, i thought to myself "i should run to God rather than watching this video." But i watched it anyway, the moment this video talk about about God and the bible, i was overjoyed and thanked the Lord. Because i know this video came from Him.
Sometimes I forgot the important thing I must do when I feel anxious about my daily life routine. Like on what should I eat three times a day, about how I get hired on a job I want to, what should I do to my lovely dogs when they get sick and etc... These things always comes on my mind but instead of worrying I forgot to try to relax myself and have a rest and enough sleep to overcome these things. And most importantly Pray and Meditate to GOD like what Elijah did Amen.

As someone who has suffered from Depression and Anxiety I appreciate this video. I’ve suffered from social anxiety and it was so hard for me to socialize, btw this was in middle school, middle school was so stressful. Elementary was also the worst for me, I struggle with expressing myself, understanding others and I have a hard time learning (I’m not good with math) and I got bullied because of that, which caused me to have fear of imperfection and being a failure. That’s how I got depression and anxiety, but that’s went away and now I’m now in high school and I believe that this year is my year! When I first discovered Christianity it was the Covid pandemic, I started of as a good Christian but I’ve started to crumble and now I’m trying to go back to God, I’ve became more mature now and I’m open-minded now so I feel like this is a great time to come back to God.

Can you guys pray for me, because I've been getting violent thoughts from playing equally violent video games, and it's scarred my mental state, couple that with depression, anxiety, and a porn addiction, and that's a very dangerous brew. I've prayed and prayed, and nothing. It's shaken my faith to no end. Please help
If you give into things of the devil, what do you expect? That does not mean you can't change because God makes it clear change can come with the help of God and your willingness to change. You just can't pray and expect God to change you. You have freedom of will. Yes, bad habits can be hard to break but why? Just stop. Stop because it's your life that you have been given by God. Stop because the devil wants to destroy you, not help you. Get your head into the word, the bible. Listen to good teachings by others. You were born for this time to serve God and be blessed. Life is never 'easy.' Our eternal life though will be glorious and we'll get everlasting rewards for the good we did in this life. I could be full of it or you can see the truth to what I'm saying.

I had an interview yesterday at Tesco. They informed me I would get results either today or Monday. I have been waiting since then.. Today is almost over and I haven't got any response. I am feeling anxious since it is an important thing for me. I believe they would give me a positive result on Monday. I want everyone to pray for me The interview went well and I have confidence that I can make it through but I am feeling anxious about the results. I am checking my mail in every 5 mins.

I’m 14 and anxiety plagues me almost everything single of day of my life. Some days it’s so bad I have a pit in my stomach even if I haven’t left the house. And I also struggle with bad thoughts about myself.

I'm currently in nursing school right now and nearing the beginning of my in physical clinicals, where nursing students go out into actual hospitals with real patients and perform tasks while under the supervision of and being graded by instructors and charge nurses.
While going over the policies and rule booklets/PDFs for clinicals... all the requirements and guidelines... and all the potential ways we as students could mess up and possibly even be dismissed from the nursing program entirely... I've been worried sick about doing well and actually remembering all that I've learned in the classroom when it matters most.
Learning nursing procedures and interventions in theory and taking exams over them isn't really all that scary to me, cause I've been doing it for months now, but going out and actually using it in a real scenario where your mistakes can have grave consequences is scary... and a far cry from the quiet sterility of a classroom where hardly any talking or general conversation is made. I'm worried I might forget something important that I already should know, or that I won't know what to say to patients and peers and may fumble my words and waste precious time or say the wrong things and thus endanger the patients I'm supposed to care for.
But this video helped me remember that it was God above who put me here, who lead me down this path, and who doesn't make mistakes. After watching I said a prayer of thanksgiving to God for all that he's blessed me with... the upbringing that led me here... the mistakes I've made... the wonderful thoughts and feelings he's given me... and the friends and family that encourage me.... and greatest of all salvation in his son Jesus Christ who loves me. None of these blessings I feel like I deserve, yet he's blessed me with them.
I asked that he would guide me through clinicals and the rest of nursing beyond, that he would help me know what to do and what to say when it matters, and that all this worry and stress would be lifted from me and placed on the cross where it can be washed clean by the blood of Christ our savior.
I hope if any of you have similar struggles with school and work... not sure if you'll live up to expectations or be the right one for the job... I hope God gives you peace of mind, and lets you know you're where you are right now for a reason. Thank you so much for these videos and the respite from mind numbing content they provide, and I hope you all have a great day. God Bless!

I am currently struggling with that feeling that God made a mistake, that I can’t pass the next exam but thankfully, he always reminds me to be still and to remember that he brought me here and he will finish what he started.
Right.. need to keep reminding myself that God puts me here for a reason. And that should be enough reason for me to shut my worries and just keep on walking in His path

I had a Anemia last saturday and i passed out, i can't breath and i feel groggy. Later i'm recovering from it, I feel depressed, anxiety, fear of dying. I pray to God that I need help and comfort. I feel better, peace and calm that everything will be alright. I'm following my doc's prescription, pray everyday and maintain healthy habit. Glad that God is with us during tough times. I have panic attacks, they are absolutely terrible. I won’t go into the symptoms because I don’t want to trigger anyone who also suffers from them, but let me just say that I pray and pray for God to please take away the fear. Looking at pictures of Jesus and trying to read things helps immensely and talking to someone helps too.

Ironically perhaps, my anxiety and depression (first medicated in in 1983!) has been brought to a manageable level through self-denial. My depression led me to self-medicate, which led to addictions to crack, cannabis, meth, valium, poppy pod tea, morphine and booze, addictions that have shifted and morphed in the last 40 years, but have always lurked. I didn't need a blessing. I needed a miracle. The demon I had needed prayer and fasting to come out? Because like the boy who would fall into the fire, this demon wanted me dead. I still struggle .. but I will never give up the fight. I know I live now ONLY for His glory. I am a new creation ... thank you Jesus for showing us that suffering is not for naught. And I home is not of this world. *Glory be to God*
I admire your truth and fight to do what God wants. The devil wants us to have an empty life and then....no eternal life. God wants us to be filled with His blessings and then the BIG one....our glorious eternal life with no more pain, sorrow, and suffering. The devil is done away with. It's all worth the fight.

Earlier I was reading a devo & I feel God was telling me to breathe & stop striving for His love & just rest but I still make my brain work when i’m resting, so i’m never really resting.💔 I just want to be doing good in the sight of the Lord & not wasting the time He’s letting me borrow. But also, He knows everything so if He’s telling me to rest, He’s telling me for a reason. I just need prayer for a quieter (don’t know if that’s a word lol) mind. ❤️

Faith: Explain why this faith is important to you and ask people to join it with love and grace

Sometimes I forgot the important thing I must do when I feel anxious about my daily life routine. Like on what should I eat three times a day, about how I get hired on a job I want to, what should I do to my lovely dogs when they get sick and etc... These things always comes on my mind but instead of worrying I forgot to try to relax myself and have a rest and enough sleep to overcome these things. And most importantly Pray and Meditate to GOD like what Elijah did Amen.
i struggle with severe Panic attacks anxiety disorder Hypertension' my case is pretty bad' i know its caused as an attack by foul unclean fallen spirits i feel the spirit of fear coil and wraps itself around me i can feel its dark energy presence' im under spiritual attack from demons' and they are affecting my health' Anxiety effect's my breathing shortness of breath the feeling of Death and Doom and Gloom' i suffer bad at times as a Christian who goes thru this it is real, i have lived in the deep depths of Darkness before i found christ' my life was in total Darkness from childhood all the way to my 40s i suffer with ptsd it sucks bad.

God is so fair, He has to do things in sequence. God is not in control yet. He gave freedom of will and Satan, devils, and Adam sinned by their freedom of will. As someone who has suffered from Depression and Anxiety I appreciate this video. I’ve suffered from social anxiety and it was so hard for me to socialize, btw this was in middle school, middle school was so stressful. Elementary was also the worst for me, I struggle with expressing myself, understanding others and I have a hard time learning (I’m not good with math) and I got bullied because of that, which caused me to have fear of imperfection and being a failure. That’s how I got depression and anxiety, but that’s went away and now I’m now in high school and I believe that this year is my year!
When I first discovered Christianity it was the Covid pandemic, I started of as a good Christian but I’ve started to crumble and now I’m trying to go back to God, I’ve became more mature now and I’m open-minded now so I feel like this is a great time to come back to God.

Can you guys pray for me, because I've been getting violent thoughts from playing equally violent video games, and it's scarred my mental state, couple that with depression, anxiety, and a porn addiction, and that's a very dangerous brew. I've prayed and prayed, and nothing. It's shaken my faith to no end. Please help
If you give into things of the devil, what do you expect? That does not mean you can't change because God makes it clear change can come with the help of God and your willingness to change. You just can't pray and expect God to change you. You have freedom of will. Yes, bad habits can be hard to break but why? Just stop. Stop because it's your life that you have been given by God. Stop because the devil wants to destroy you, not help you. Get your head into the word, the bible. Listen to good teachings by others. You were born for this time to serve God and be blessed. Life is never 'easy.' Our eternal life though will be glorious and we'll get everlasting rewards for the good we did in this life. I could be full of it or you can see the truth to what I'm saying.

I wouldn't say i have anxiety, however, I think a ton of us Christians always underestimate the beauty of simplicity.
