Having watched your videos for years I've always felt entertained (not a native speaker too) so I reckon it might be useful to address this topic, wether it's all natural or you've worked on this skill and you have some advices. Also, I think this real estate/car format could be quite interesting in the future!
Just look at all the comments applauding your house touring abilities! This was such a great video and you did such a great job showing us all this massive estate. I think the key is you’re so relatable, so your commentary was bang on. Not many of us could afford this and having someone who’s just like the rest of us speak on it just makes the video so great!

It could be a little longer in each room talking about the materials but your honest description and how it made you feel is spot on. And…if you even give equal time to the car segments it would be really good! Think of it this way… you’re pairing a good wine with your meal. And….petrol-heads like to see garages too.
Actually, I am a DB4 GT kinda guy myself, but that's just me. :) I enjoyed the home tour, but the editing in some of the rooms cut them too short. In a 30mil house, I want to see the details! Anyway, good job and I wouldn't mind you doing more of these types of videos. It doesn't always have to be a classic car, even a new AM would look stunning in front of that house...and yes, plz do the GARAGES!!!
Thanks so much for this, it's by far the fullest tour of Cherry Hill that I've seen. A couple of facts just in case anyone's interested: 1) It's the only Listed property on the Wentworth Estate. 2) It must have been on the market for at least three years now, somehow they're struggling to sell.

You always have a story to tell with a car. I like that. It’s not always look at the newest car or my new car or even let’s have a look at every angle and every gadget, that leaves you lusting and drooling over a car. Many other big RUclipsrs do that. There is always story. A narrative. A journey. A discovery along with you. That what makes your style more unique. Great video. Interesting to change it up. Not sure I would enjoy this every week. But certainly like the change. Also with a car there is always a destination, sometimes it’s the journey, sometimes the car and sometimes the destination. So I like the change up. Well done.
Awesome video Sam. I’m afraid to say you’re good at touring houses (maybe your next YT gig). Although a bit quick to my standard, the tour was good. The db5 is a nice car, but I prefer the db4 GT Zagato for Aston Martins of that era. More UK house tour please.

I am having so much fun watching your videos while I send e-mails for the family printing business. As I have watched the various videos: the Ferrari 250 SWB, the Jaguar XKE and James Bond Aston Martin DB5, I have pulled out matching cars from my collection - ahem...not from my garage downstairs here is Las Vegas, but off my wall display shelves - my various 1:64 diecast models. The only ones I can afford!! I did sit in a Cobra Daytona coupe once with the engine running and also a Lola T-70 Le Mans coupe, experiences I will never forget. Also worked for a while at a Ford Dealer and they had a red Ford GT for sale - beautiful. I know the following car does not come close to any that you drive, but one of the most attractive and affordable Fords is the final year of the Ford ZX2 - they changed the grill work and really made it quite beautiful in it's final year - 2003. Also I have sat in the final generation Thunderbird and that vehicle fit me like it was tailor made for my 6 foot tall frame. Especially when it is in that beautiful Merlo wine red. Described as one of the finest and most iconic houses to have been built in Britain in the first half of the 20th century. A very special house with great providence, Roxy Music’s Phil Manzanera owned it and converted the coach house into a recording studio, Dave Gilmour, Paul Weller and a host of big name stars have used. Currently for sale at a snip at £6 million.
Definitely keen to see more property tours - like pairing a fine wine with a meal, you need to pair a car with a house too. That would be a great fun series (and I’m sure the planning wouldn’t be a headache at all…)
People who say the classic DB5s etc are bad to drive haven't driven one that's properly set up. They're epic. Lots of shit boxes polished up well to look presentable.
