Dear Sakshi, I wanted to express my appreciation for the fantastic learning experience you've provided through your videos. Your sessions strike the perfect balance between informative content and relatable examples. You explain complex concepts in such a clear and accessible way, making them much easier to understand and retain. Thank you for making the learning process enjoyable and effective. I’m truly enjoying the journey through your videos. Wishing you all the best and many blessings!
Thanks, such an easy way to describe Experiments, it's designs, and types.
Hy Sakshi thank you for this video ... I have tried to form an example of more than two randomised group design , please check if it is correct? Here is the example:
For e.g. We are providing intervention to relieve anxiety and we are using relaxation methods.
So here relaxation breathing is our IV which can further be divided into relaxation by meditation , relaxation by Yoga , relaxation by hypnosis and relaxation by peaceful music.
And anxiety level will be dependent variable .
Thank you very much. It was a great help!!
Always a heartly thanks mam to share these valuable lectures with us 😊😊😊
Incomplete design bhi poora explain ni kia aapne . 🤷🏻♀️
Best explanation ever got
Thankyou so much u tooo
Most welcome 😊
Please upload more lectures of research methodology
Sure. Do check out its playlist!!
A small doubt- Isn't matched a within group design ?
Thanks for a detailed video
Glad it was helpful!
In matched group, we're conducting pre-test and post-test on the same group. So how come it is under between group? Because according to what you explained, between groups will have two or more groups
Exactly my question. Can you explain this to me if you found out the answer?
In more than 2 Randomized group in the example you gave there is one IV (4 levels) but how many randomized sample does it have .
Thank you soo much mam ❤️💞😊
Thank you so much ma'am ❤
I have a doubt 🙋♀️
In matched group design isn't the group is same instead of different tabhi we can take pre test then meditation intervention and then post test. How can this is possible on groups (2).
Isn't it should come under within group design instead of between group design?
Because we are measuring both the tests on same (single) group.
Hey, so the thing is in matched group design (with respect to the example discussed) we take a group that is matched on some criteria, take the pre-test of the entire group (measuring anxiety levels), then divide that group into 2 parts randomly (experimental & control). So, the intervention (meditation in this case) goes to experimental group & nothing to control group. After that, both the groups are again measured (post test of anxiety levels). Thus, we are seeing whether the intervention was useful or not, or was it like after a period of time anxiety will automatically go away or is it because of our intervention. So, all these things can be answered. And, it is matched because we are matching the experimental & control group at some level/criteria, be it age, gender, etc...
Hope it is a little more clear now?
@@MindReview Yess, all clear!
Thank you so much for the explanation♥️
@@MindReview The groups, along with the demographic criteria can also be matched on the basis of the scores they got on the pre-test right? For example participants who got medium anxiety levels with be grouped as 1 control group and experimental group for example and later matched to compare the post-test results of those groups. The same for high and low anxiety level. Whereas the demographic matching is by default present in all participants..
Is it true?
Good ma'am.Nicely explained.
Impressive
Mam what is difference between within grp design and matched grp of btw grp design?
The pre test and post test group should be the same right in matched group design??????
Won't that be than within group design?
You are the best.🥺
Thanku boht axha Laga
Thank you 🌸
How practice effects occured!? .
Is it occurs after taking test nd while teaching students .!? M I correct
Thank you so much
🎯
How many groups are formed in factorial design?
You can have experimental as well as control groups
Thanks u mam ☺️☺️
❤❤❤❤
mam plz psychological testing ki b ak series kr dain start
Is factorial design is two way ANOVA ?
Plz start a NTA UGC NET psychology series 🙏🏻
Correlational research aslo.come under non experimental ?
Factorial design me grouping matched hoti hai ya randomized ya dono ho sakti hai ?
Thanks mam ...
Aoa... May Allah bless you 😊😊😊
Mam uss chapter ka notes hoga kya aapke paas
Is Design same as research?
Research is the entire process. Design is the approach we follow.
this series of research methodology will be enough for cuet pg mam?
Yes, provided you practice pyqs
@@MindReview mam can u pls tell me the title of the video can’t find it🥹
