Big Finish answered that - TARDIS interior appurtenances including the central control console can be materialized outside and back inside in place again (I think this was in _Doctor Who: The Third Doctor Adventures: The Annihilators,_ but don’t quote me on that). I always assumed that the console’s six panel pieces were removable as seen in the series in and after _The Doctor’s Wife,_ but I like the ‘rematerializing’ idea better 🤣
I didn't realized that the console was a completely separate console. I thought it was just the first console modified heavily. I saw the height difference when the doctor is working on it in the first stories with the broken Hartnell rotor and the Three Doctor special.
What if uou also took a look at the interiors themselves? Like a full 360 of each. Maybe comparing how each console room seems to be a slightly more improved version of each previous one?
This console always gave me the vibe of being took right off a nuclear power plant, all the little lines and letters forming weird acronyms, kinda like Chernobyl, and the colour too

I love Pertwee's Tardis console. I love how it comes right out of the Tardis, like in "Inferno" for example. Thanks for making this video.
Big Finish recently did a story where he reinstalled it - he _materialized_ it back into the TARDIS, of course 🤣
The central console can be removed and piloted seperate to the tardis, with limited functionality and power
That was the 1st prop not this one

The Tom Baker console would be perfect - yes please.
Can't wait for the wooden secondary console room. My absolute favourite. ☺️

More videos please I am enjoying them .
My favourite console ❤
I'd like to see Tom Baker's console. ;)
Can you do one on the Liberator (Blake’s 7).

Great in-depth look thanks
Thanks for watching!
Interesting video.
I'd like to see you cover the 4th Doctor's console as it underwent quite a few changes and was still in use in the 5th Doctors era.
I'd like to see the Tom Baker console please. Thank you.
The dematerialization switches are the three switches on panel 3.
Just want to say, I really love this series of video. Will you continue it to cover New Who consoles?
But which Fourth Doctor console? He had like three.
I suppose the main one, with another video devoted to the secondary console-room. We shall see.
Woo-hoooo😮😊
How about TARDIS control rooms ?
Cool 😎👍💙👏⭐️🤩😆🔷💎😍👌💚
Aw, no more door handle based technology 🙁
I know - it's shocking!
MK stands for “Mark”. You come across as a bit thick calling it an “Emm-Kay one A” console
