HOLD UP, In the first game on the first night "phone guy" says that "the animatronics would stuff you into a suit and almost all of your body parts would be destroyed, the only parts that would see the light of day agian would be your EYES and your TEETH," going to plush traps descipition of having human eyes and teeth, meaning there is a possibility that the plush trap that was huanted was once a human.

I've got a confession to make: I've never played a single FNAF game. Because, I'm too scared to. In fact, I've never played a horror game in my life, because I'm too scared to. But I love the lore behind a lot of horror games, and that's why I prefer to watch MatPat's theories, then to actually woman up and play one.

Also, the vengeful spirt seems to know about the nightmares, I’m pretty sure that only C.C knows about them. Also, the spirt is described by the nightmares as “he”. Also, what makes Cassidy so different from the others? She hates William just as much as everyone else (as in the originals spirts).

Personally, I've always just kinda gone along for the ride. Even the "Theory That Shant be Named" I just kinda went along with, and it was an interesting and well put together piece, even if most likely wrong and stretchy. It was fun to watch, and that's all that really matters. You put out good content Matt, don't let angry lore defenders tell you otherwise.

I just re-watched the entire FNaF Game Theory series, and I just had thought... So Candy Cadet's stories were all about 5 things, becoming one thing, and then being put to rest. Well, what if the items are the games themselves? There are five previous games, which were fused into one timeline, and then put to rest with all the animatronics burning in the pizzeria, and the story coming to an end. What if that is what Scott meant when he said, "What's in the box? It's the pieces put together.", what if he meant that, inside the box, is the entire FNaF storyline put together. And the reason the text above the box in FNaF 4 said, "Some things are best left forgotten.", Is just Scott's way of telling the audience that a new plot is emerging, and you need to let the other one go, hence the reboot of FNaF VR: Help Wanted. I'm pretty sure Alec in the story is meant to be the older brother (Mike). His connection with the crying child is much more tenuous. Alec gets mad when he's at freddy's, not sad/scared like crying child(Evan?). In fact, the younger sister in the story may look like Elizabeth, but would make more sense to be a parallel to Evan. Mike bullies Evan and in the games we never find out why, but in the book Alec bullies his younger sister because he's jealous of her getting to have her birthdays at Freddy's (Just like Evan has his birthday at Freddy's in FNAF 4) and him feeling like she gets more love from their parents (which Evan might, judging by how little William seems to care about Mike.) Mike's relationship with Evan is more important than his relationship with Elizabeth, anyway. And Elizabeth in the books is already accounted for in Elenore/Baby. That being said, it being about Michael and Elizabeth is not out of the question either.
My theory: Remember when MatPat said that "The security cameras in FNaF 4 's House is because William didn't want his youngest son to happen the same as his sister." Well it's because of that, along with Psychic Friend Fredbear, as a free-roaming security camera in a form of Fredbear Plushie. Again Afton didn't want his son to be killed by his machines, the same death from his daughter. And a previous theory, the Crying Child's friends, the plushies, are speculated to be the Missing Children after the Incident. Where the plushies get possessed by the Missing Children (Gabriel as Freddy, Jeremy as Bonnie, Susie as Chica, Fritz as Foxy and Cassidy as Psychic Friend Fredbear.) Where the plushies are the Beta Prototypes of Remnant, where William discovered where souls can possess the robots via Elizabeth possessing Baby, where he tried it on plushies. It worked, where Afton used his victims' souls, which are the Crying Child's dead friends, to watch him and make him feel safe. But that's just a theory. A FAN THEORY!

The death of a child is a popular trope in almost any entertainment media. It’s a heartbreaking subject that has several points of conflict and interesting themes tied to it. Even historic folklore uses the death of children to teach morals to the newer generation. Just because something is used quite often doesn’t mean it will suddenly desensitize the viewer to the subject. You would only react to it more mildly than before.

@@Nappepappe I have them too, and they're pretty good. I have wireless headphones and I compared them to those earbuds, and the sound quality was just as good. The only thing is that having something directly in your ear might be a little uncomfortable after a while (which is why I use the headphones instead), but if you're just using them for a couple hours I don't think it'll be an issue.

I just re-watched the entire FNaF Game Theory series, and I just had thought...
So Candy Cadet's stories were all about 5 things, becoming one thing, and then being put to rest. Well, what if the items are the games themselves? There are five previous games, which were fused into one timeline, and then put to rest with all the animatronics burning in the pizzeria, and the story coming to an end. What if that is what Scott meant when he said, "What's in the box? It's the pieces put together.", what if he meant that, inside the box, is the entire FNaF storyline put together. And the reason the text above the box in FNaF 4 said, "Some things are best left forgotten.", Is just Scott's way of telling the audience that a new plot is emerging, and you need to let the other one go, hence the reboot of FNaF VR: Help Wanted. Just a thought tho.

I'm pretty sure Alec in the story is meant to be the older brother (Mike).
His connection with the crying child is much more tenuous. Alec gets mad when he's at freddy's, not sad/scared like crying child(Evan?).
In fact, the younger sister in the story may look like Elizabeth, but would make more sense to be a parallel to Evan. Mike bullies Evan and in the games we never find out why, but in the book Alec bullies his younger sister because he's jealous of her getting to have her birthdays at Freddy's (Just like Evan has his birthday at Freddy's in FNAF 4) and him feeling like she gets more love from their parents (which Evan might, judging by how little William seems to care about Mike.)
Mike's relationship with Evan is more important than his relationship with Elizabeth, anyway. And Elizabeth in the books is already accounted for in Elenore/Baby.
That being said, it being about Michael and Elizabeth is not out of the question either.

Remember when MatPat said that "The security cameras in FNaF 4 's House is because William didn't want his youngest son to happen the same as his sister." Well it's because of that, along with Psychic Friend Fredbear, as a free-roaming security camera in a form of Fredbear Plushie. Again Afton didn't want his son to be killed by his machines, the same death from his daughter. And a previous theory, the Crying Child's friends, the plushies, are speculated to be the Missing Children after the Incident. Where the plushies get possessed by the Missing Children (Gabriel as Freddy, Jeremy as Bonnie, Susie as Chica, Fritz as Foxy and Cassidy as Psychic Friend Fredbear.) Where the plushies are the Beta Prototypes of Remnant, where William discovered where souls can possess the robots via Elizabeth possessing Baby, where he tried it on plushies. It worked, where Afton used his victims' souls, which are the Crying Child's dead friends, to watch him and make him feel safe. But that's just a theory. A FAN THEORY!

The death of a child is a popular trope in almost any entertainment media. It’s a heartbreaking subject that has several points of conflict and interesting themes tied to it. Even historic folklore uses the death of children to teach morals to the newer generation. Just because something is used quite often doesn’t mean it will suddenly desensitize the viewer to the subject. You would only react to it more mildly than before.

@@Nappepappe I have them too, and they're pretty good. I have wireless headphones and I compared them to those earbuds, and the sound quality was just as good. The only thing is that having something directly in your ear might be a little uncomfortable after a while (which is why I use the headphones instead), but if you're just using them for a couple hours I don't think it'll be an issue.
