Well don’t do it It’s a improper movement that does more harm then good. Look at the ankle position under load , look at her upper spine neck and head position most importantly under an improper angle under load . Looks fancy at a glance but when you break down the points it’s absolutely foolish and a simple explosive deep side lateral lounge would be ideal and far superior.
Wow, I’m so proud of you for working hard at keeping your physical fitness up. And fitting in being a content creator is also amazing. I hope you feel the joy of accomplishment and self-discipline.😊
You might want to assess the movement on the land mine . Look at your spine position particularly the upper thoracic neck and head position. Look at your knee joint and ankle joint in a highly stressful position to be under load unnecessarily. I get that you want to perform what most uninformed may deem as some sort of advanced high tech movement but when you consider the facts I just laid out then you may want to replace that movement with something fundamental and functional, that enables you to have a solid postural , athletic position .A ballistic deep lateral right to left rhythmic quick step is a far superior choice that will not potentially cause unnecessary damage to your spine and joints while targeting the inner thigh , glute and quads while improving conditioning also . The intention ,effort and intensity is stellar . Keep up the solid work
@@CowCowMeows So if you essentially do a wide but functional lateral deep lunge about a heel to toe staggered step out and explosively drive with the foot you step out with to the opposite side and create a fast paced rhythmic drive right to left . So once you step out lunge and begin it’s essentially 70-90 percent max speed and power just driving right to left . I learned that from a strength and conditioning coach when training in wrestling to develop explosive power . Typically a 30 second set with 60 second recovery with 4 sets is solid at the intensity I described.

Your leg day workout, is really good. i broke my back in 2010, & started back in gym 4.5months ago... ive been moving up in weight every few weeks. My leg press went from 200lbs to im now doing 3 sets of 12 reps at 355lbs. i cant do squats or deadlifts... which sucks. I am looking for different exercises to add to workout.
I wish I could be in those oner active workouts that you host. I absolutely love every workout you show!!! They look insane but also I would be soooo proud of myself after completing them.
I used to did something years ago. Go for mad treadmill intervals including hills and sprints. Then get on the squat rack and blast that. Was really fun and invigorating. But did injure my knees. That side movement looks really interesting and can imagine hits the muscle. Will explore that
Hey , Today also was my leg day but I want to say that the last one u did is really a new exercise for me and even my trainer don't aware me of that type of exercise. But it looks very good exercise I will try it . thanks
As far as I know ( based on some research I did ) there is no should or shouldn't, it entirely depends on the person's energy level and ability to lift heavy after cardio or not
Think it also depends on your goals. Maybe her current goal is developing power and as far as I know training power should be done first thing when you’re fresh? Correct me if I’m wrong

Your leg strength is my goal honestly. I can barely get through a set with 30 pound weights without feeling so sore the next day that walking up/down stairs is agony😅 one day I’ll be were you’re at though
You run before you begin your workout? I’ve always been confused as to if you’re supposed to do that before or after. I feel like a run before is good because it gets your body warmed up and your muscles activated, but then I feel like it’s bad cause then you’re tired already before the actual workout..
As far as my research went, there is no should and should not etc, it just depends on the person's energy level. Some people get super tired after running which won't allow them to lift heavy as much as they want, some are totally okay with running or doing cardio
I like everything about that video. Sprinting targets some muscles at your glutes you can't workout with weights. I forget the name of it, I know it rotates the leg a bit and is located very high and on the outside of the bone. That last exercise was very creative. I tried it and it gave me a new challenge.

Genuine question.. why is she getting undressed on the treadmill? I understand the concept of wearing more layers for cardio, but why not go to the changing room to take off her joggers? It’s probably just me but just seems odd
Lol it looked odd to me too but I mean it is an extremely short video. Maybe she did a lighter jog to warm up that she didn't include here and then took the joggers of for the sprint
She's wearing her pants as a pump cover. Once she has warmed up and has a pump going its time to show off what you got. Guys do it too so it's really not that unusual.
I can vouch for that 😂 I’m usually cold 🥶 in the mornings so I’ll warm up and once I’m ready to do a HIIT cardio.. I’ll take off my pants on the spot. Same goes if I were to do weights first and after a good pump .. take off my pants. Plus you don’t want to lose your spot. 🤪
@@c-tothefourth4879 I disagree based on my own experience and from what I’ve seen. You might not get a booty pump, but you will definitely get blood flowing to your legs by running at the speeds she was. Plus as a general practice you just take your pump cover off when you’re warm and she was clearly warm. Not a lot to debate here 🤷🏽♂️
Dont do this type of sprints on heavy leg days if you want to see real muscle gains on your lower body and also to avoid possible knee injuries. add sprints to another workout day like upper body days
Honestly weight training is good pushing yourself but it looks like your more hurting yourself with all that shakiness and over exertion on your joints. You do what you want just saying. I’ve torn my shoulder doing the heaviest weight more than my limitations because I wanted huge shoulders I was obsessed with, sucks for me.
