I’m not even sure Neco Arc IS the worst. Among the weakest, sure, but the amount of stage control the fucking cat has is unreal.

@@hikarihakai1285 That's a trend I've noticed with a lot of recent fighting games, such as the low tiers in Strive, like Faust, being capable of winning against top 3 characters in the right hands, compared to XRD Potemkin who who bad next to no chance against certain characters, like Sin
